Had a bad experience at the south location. Had done some car bodyworks at the north location previously and never experienced what I experienced at the south location. As a matter of fact, I highly recommend this place for many years but won't be anymore after this experience!! The staff make you feel you are wrong at many occasions. Not good customer service!!!

Co operators insurance recommended me here for my repair and i was super impressed by the level of service from the front to the back. Warren was very friendly, honest and awesome guy. Our Mitsu Outlander was done a little longer than expected but the quality of repair was excellent. I highly recommend this place... Once again thank you guys

We went to Contemporary Coachworks Ltd to get scrapes removed from our Driver side door of a Rav4. April 2023. The service was amazing, the work was completed 100% to our satisfaction. It was great to find an honest business in Calgary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. The team member that did the work was Chris Sun. Thank you so much Chris.

Dealing with Manager named Rob was a horrible experience. This man is rude, unqualified to work with customers and claimed that “my vehicle is not a money maker for him, so he won’t be fixing my vehicle”. Completely unprofessional, and he realistically should be fired. Rob is a joke.

DON’T GO HERE!! These guys really like to screw the customer over and treat them like nobody after they get money. They won’t honour the warranty. They really damaged my car and put me through hell. I could list 20 things of hell they put me through to fix $12 k of damage. Wasted so much hours and stress dealing with these jokes. The managers and owners could not even run an ice cream truck, they would not offer any customer service and rip off all customers for a quick buck. Very unethical business here, don’t even trust them with your $1000 winter beater. Stay away!!!

It was destroyed by them everywhere. No respect for my car or it’s beautiful black paint at all. Extremely rude and arrogant management. They don’t honour warranty or work and treat car like garbage can.

My car was repaired after a hit and run. Every person I dealt with here was efficient, friendly and helpful. Their communication was excellent, the job was done exactly as promised and they even had it done a day early. In addition to the insurance claim work, I had them repair my bumper. The quoted price was the final price. No unexpected extras or charges. They made an unpleasant situation as good as it could be. I’d use them again.

Took my car in for a bumper replacement and while the paint looks good. It took 5 days longer for the repair to be completed and on the lower end of the bumper I found a chip. I told the shop about this and they said that it wasn't their fault and that they wouldn't be able to fix the chip on the bumper. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this shop with all the hurdles I faced.

My experience with Chris Ziebell was a case study in customer service. My car had been repaired in 2021...it's a convertible and doesn't get much road time.I was performing some maintenance in the engine compartment and it was – 20C. As I went to lift the hood the chrome strip came away in my hands (see sad face). As I looked closely, I saw that it had been glued…not replaced. We called Contemporary and they asked us to bring the car in. Honestly, I was not sure what the outcome would be. It had been since early 2021 when the car had been in.Chris greeted me warmly and we went to look at the issue. Next, he looked at the work order to confirm the repairs made. The piece was to have been replaced. Chris took full responsibility, suggested the scenario as to what may have precipitated the gluing. Didn’t apologize (we apologize too much…save them for when it really matters) and simply said that they would make it right. End of.Couldn’t have been handled any better. I certainly have full confidence Contemporary and will recommend them unreservedly.Thank you Chris Ziebell and Contemporary Coachworks

The owner he yell at my wife, the man is very rude and didn’t fix our car properly and then left it broken. I deal with one insurance claim for 9 months because these guys working at this shop are not human. Save your life and your car. Too much stress DONT COME HERE!
