Urgence Piscine

Déneigement pas professionnel. Ils ont arraché une partie de mon terrain. Une dalle de béton qu'ils ont laissé dans la rue dans un banc de neige, ce qui aurait pu briser la machinerie de la ville ou même une voiture qui se stationne a cette endroit. Incapable d'assumer leur erreur.Irrespectueux envers nous. Ils nous ont accusé d'avoir changé leur pancarte de place. Vraiment déçu cette année de leurs services. Je les recommande a personne.

I typically do not leave reviews but in this case, I felt that it was needed. I would love to provide a full and detailed review but unfortunately, I cannot do that. I can only review their customer service and not the actual work that they provide. The reason for this, as many other reviewers have mentioned is that they never showed up for the scheduled appointment. We had taken an appointment to start our pool days prior and the receptionist had confirmed with us twice that the appointment would be on that said day but as the hours passed no one showed up and nobody from the company bothered to contact us to tell us either they were running late or that for any reason they would be unable to respect the scheduled appointment for that day. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, at this point I thought it had been our fault (even though the receptionist had confirmed the date twice) I thought maybe we had heard wrong, because it was unfathomable for me as someone who has worked with the public that we would not have been contacted at this point. I strongly believe that this is a lack of customer service, professionalism and organization. Even though it is not our job as the consumer to run after them, we are aware with the current covid crisis that it may have been possible that they encountered an issue and therefore we proceeded to contact the company in the late afternoon to find out if they would still be showing up; the receptionist simply said that she doesn’t have their schedule but confirmed we were booked for that day. Around 6 in the evening we figured they weren’t coming and since they were closed, we emailed them asking whether they would be coming the following day and to contact us, no one ever contacted us back and my wife tried to contact them in the early afternoon by telephone and still no one answered her, I then tried calling and the receptionist answered. I provided her with my information and explained to her no one showed up to our scheduled appointment yesterday and asked if they would be coming by today; she said she would call the workers and find out where we were situated on the schedule and took my number to call me back but she never did. I tried calling back multiple times later that afternoon, but no one ever picked up the phone. I would spare myself both the trouble and the headache and either get someone you know that knows how to start a pool to help you or if you’re really stuck, I would just call another company. I really do not know where the root cause of this problem lies but after reading through the reviews as I hopelessly waited for them to show up it seems like this is a  recurring issue; whether it is a problem with management, scheduling or communication I believe that the manager(s) or owner(s) should really look into it and fix it otherwise they will continue to have unhappy customers. I would just like to add that their name is not very fitting because if this was a real emergency (urgence) I surely would never contact them again nor suggest anyone do so either.

Après plusieurs années, tjr satisfaits .Travail impeccable en hiver et pour la première fois j’utilise leur service de vider laver .Travail fait 4 fois plus vite et 10 fois mieux ,Piscine impeccable .Surpasse de loin leur compétiteurs en hiver comme en été . Extrêmement gentils et consciencieux. Service à la clientèle au bureau tjr professionnel et attentionné . Je recommande sans hésitation.

Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie a quiconque tout les tuyaux de ma piscine creusee ont geler le chauffe eau brise mal hivernise résultats dune compagnies broche a foin ils mon reparer a moitié apres une chicane et plusieurs appel au propriétaire et laisser avec un pave remis tout croche tout a ete fait tout croche par une compagnies tout croche

Payé 244$ pour me faire plugger mes tuyaux de piscine et mettre un sachet de traitement choque. Sans suivi, sans appel au préalable pour coordonner le rendez vous. Sans directive par la suite. Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Très déçus de cette compagnie ils ont mal hiverniser ma piscine Creusee tout a briser service nul voir même aucun service bon pour collecter mais pour réparer un autre paire de manches !!!!! Attention

Not happy with the service. The first time they did not show up...second time they came at 5:30...very much in hurry, only attached the pipes, installed my steps and left....mu heat pump was not on, pool was dirty...really not impressed at all.

Très déçu du service et du professionnalisme offerts par cette compagnie. Les travailleurs sont non professionnels et agissent avec irrespect, ne donnent aucune importance au client. Le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai eu! Une seule chose à dire: si vous n'avez pas d'expertise dans le domaine des piscines, alors trouvez un autre emploi! 0 pour le service à la clientèle et 0 pour votre professionnalisme! Je DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT cette compagnie à quiconque qui cherche des personnes fiables, honnêtes, respectueuses et ayant un minimum de compétence!!
