My burger and fries were well made compared to other McDonald's I've been to. The only bad thing was that the one drink machine had no ice so the Coke was warm. Ick. Luckily, there was a second machine right beside it that did have ice.Service was fast, and the dining room was quite modern looking. A good place to hang out with friends while eating.

This will be the last time I order from this location. Quality control is out the window. Week after week, orders either incorrect or treated with such a lack of care that you’re surprised this sandwich assembler even has a job. Ordered a quarter pounder BLT and a Carolina BBQ quarter pounder and was absolutely disappointed once we received it. No Bacon or Lettuce on the BLT and the carolina bbq was just a bunch of sauce. The look of it is disgusting in my opinion. Refer to attached picture.

No choice but to give the lowest-possible rating, given that my wait for food was an astounding 41 minutes. Yes, I know it Sunday at lunch and the place is overrun but 41 minutes! Seigneur.Bless the poor souls that work there but they need about double in the kitchen. Increase wages if not enough applicants etc. Management / the franchisee needs to figure this out.

They're getting worse every year. Ateast every other order i get from them has either a mistake or a missing/swapped item, whether i go inside, park my car and order in app or use the drive-thru. Staff is usually nice though, i just wish they were more attentive.

Worst McDonalds EVER. These people can never get an order right or complete. There is ALWAYS something missing in the McDelivery order. Totaly incompetent staff!McDonalds solution: credit the missing item to the app in points and being told to place a new order for missing items forcing to have to pay extra delivery fees.Burgers are made extremely sloppy. The meat in the last double bigmac ordered was shredded and spilled in the container.Drive through is the same.Absolutely rediculous. This place is a joke.Todays missing items: maple syrup x2, yogurt x2, toys x2, hashbrowns x3.McDonalds and this staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Big Mac without meat when buying a Big Mac with meat! Long service, violation of cooking standards, filth and disgusting service! I had to come back from home to get it back! I do not recommend this restaurant.

We love visiting McDonald's in Quebec, as they are consistent throughout the province. Fresh, cooked and delicious. Made they way you asked for it and always friendly!

Ridiculous. This Mcdonald’s is a joke,A) the food is assembled absolutely horribly.B) There have been countless times i’ve gotten fries and can tell they just re-fried them.. this is what they do when they’re lazy to cook new/fresh fries. You can tell by how soggy, HOW and brown the fries are..C) they randomly close the location when it’s a 24/7 restaurant.. on delivery apps too..D) not many of the cashiers are bilingual, which is a problem since Gatineau is right beside ottawa.. and the french here is like a “slang” french so that doesn’t help.E) Not to mention, the workers look miserable..Overall, if i were you, i’d avoid this location.And to the manager, please work on these things.
