I wish we had negative stars.Dr Slalah Umer is rude enough to neglect patient’s problem and turn her insensitive side towards patient.I had my mother’s appointment (65+ yr) where we got late by 1 or 2 min, when Dr Umer made us wait for 30 min leaving my elderly mother in pain intentionally, and then we heard her saying that“now I’ve made them wait so they’ll learn a lesson and will be on time next time”My elderly mother and myself both of us overheard her comments, which brought more inconvenience and pain.My fellow residents, please help yourself and try to avoid Dr Umer and don’t risk your health with such an insensitive doctor who would intentionally keep patients in pain.Because of Dr Umer’s unprofessional attitude and worst customer service my elderly mother is forced to attend her old Doctor (25 min away) in Mississauag.

I needed a new Pharmacy and Pharmacist because I'm new in town. I used Google Reviews and found that this Pharmacy Pharmasave" had good reviews and decided to try them. I was more than satisfied with the level of explanation and time it took to get my prescription filled. Thank you

I have never written a review before. This is my first time writing a review. I always go to Rexall but today I got a chance to go to this pharmacy to get my prescription by the dentist in the same premises. I was truly amazed by their service. Very courteous and professional people. Explained the medicine and doses well and I will go there whenever I need to and would recommend people to go to small pharmacies like this one as you get far better service like I did. I hope they continue to serve the neighborhood with the same zeal and professionalism.

Tahani, the pharmacist is amazing , so kind , hardworking and awesome .i went to this pharmacy several times and each time the pharmacist was angel. she helped me and advised me many times. Highly recommend her and her pharmacy .the entire place was clean , and friendly even my 5 years olddaughter feels so happy to visit her. Thank u for an amazing experience.

Without reservation, I commend Tremaine Pharmacy and its owner Mrs.Tahani Qawasmi for dealing with patients professionally an diligently. I’ve had an excellent experience with the pharmacy, workers and owner. Since stepping into the pharmacy and interacting with the receptionist up to the owner, I’ve been dealt with nothing short of a competent team in a neat and healthy environment. When asked, the welcoming receptionist directed me to the pharmacist who happened to be the owner. I was looking for specific products for wrist and acute knee injuries. She was diligent in looking into each product she had and reviewing the description of each to match them with my needs. She respectfully and patiently listened to what would and would not work given the case in hand and the available range of products. While I was checking each, she attentively looked into the requests and prescriptions of other patients who queued before the register. Her multi-tasking, calmness and attention to details for each patient were superb. After deciding my selection and while waiting for my turn to pay, I observed how she prioritized the duties in hand and clearly as well as skillfully communicated her expertise of each prescription in hand with honesty and professionalism. Beyond a doubt, I confidently recommend Pharmasave Tremaine Pharmacy and its team to any patient.

Just moved to this pharmacy about 4 months ago and I have nothing but excellent and professional service, friendly staff, especially Tahani and very clean and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend. ❤️

I had a wonderful experience today where the staff of just not the pharmacy but the entire clinic was amazing. I will be returning for all my medical concerns and will definitely make Dr. Omer my new GP. If anyone is struggling with getting appointments and all. The Tremaine medical centre and pharmacy is your solution. The pharmacy also offers free delivery.
