Coles - Cottonwood Mall
Used to love shopping here, unfortunately they are no longer very accomodating to shoppers who are also buying food at the mall. If you plan to shop here you will need to eat afterwards - they won't let you in if you have anything food related (regardless if it's open or not). Very disappointing.

My mom has serious health issues and she wasn't allowed in the store with her face shield she wasn't physically able to wear a regular mask this is not ok!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!I pre-ordered a book back in November. The shipment date was November 29/22 it is now Dec 24/22 and the book has not shipped to the store yet. I am not impressed with the service I have received through their customer service department. You will wait on hold for an hour for someone to tell you that it has not shipped yet and there is nothing they can do for you other than cancel your order. What is the point of a pre order option when I could have just gone into the store the day this book was relased and bought it then.
