First transaction went off without a hitch. Easy to get verified and coins were deposited after a very nice phone call to check my identity. All in all very satisfied with the service and being able to load BTC into my own personal wallet was awesome. After searching around for purchasing bitcoins in Canada this was the most highly rated service for purchasing without having to keep coins in a service providers wallet and transferring from there. All in all 5 stars.

Holy smokes!!! Sure they get you going(for some reason my coinbase suddenly decided to close my account and needed something quick to transfer ... The purchase rates for BTC ARE ENORMOUS.THESE FEES ARE PURE ROBBERY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Fast, efficient, no lower fee that I've found out there (although finding out fees is difficult for most places).

I submit has a Canadian citizen all the requirements documents and they coldly told me by email to go see a another provider. I said ok! I finally found netcoins because coinbase was not able to accept Canadian credit card! They are very unprofessional! They should switch their business and go to another industry because how rude they are! I wanted so much to give no star but I not able to do it by Google. For all future customers there's much other options!

Wouldn't recommend it; I still don't have my money days later. It took them over 3 hours to verify my ID (which wasn't that bad), but then I had to wait about 8 hours for my e-transfer to verify; they said on their site that this could take up to 12 hours. I emailed them after about 8 hours, and received what I think was an auto-response, which just said that I entered something wrong, even though I had copied and pasted everything.Finally the e-transfer went through (about 15 hours after I first signed up); they accepted it, and I am still waiting (over 2 days later ) for my small amount of bitcoin. I had a missed call from them at around 7am the last two days in a row, and texts that said they wanted to verify the bitcoin purchase over the phone. I told them I work nights, so I do not wake up until 7pm (10pm their time), and I do not want to wake up early to verify over the phone. They just texted back how come you can't take our phone call so we can send your initial transaction?".Not to mention I just think it's kind of ridiculous since it's only for $250 worth of bitcoin
