Driver was pleasant to deal with. He Cared about damaging my driveway by driving his truck on it and had the pumper truck reposition so he was loading from the road, real professional. Thanks guys.

Went for the first time to pick up 2 yards of sand. Got back to site to dump and boss looked and said it was barely a yard then looked on receipt and it was .2 over 1 yard The loader operator knew I wanted 2 yards and the scale girl knew also when she charged the card.I cant believe the loader operater here DOESN'T Know what 2 yards of sand is in his bucket!, and neither does the scale operator in weight!So brush up on your math and make sure you know how much you weigh coming and going and how much of what you need is in kgs.I looked it up on internet sand wieghts 1.43 a ton and I got 1.61. A far cry from 2 yards (sb 2.86 )and to go all the way back for more would be over an hour round trip.So not impressed with them blaming me for not knowing thier jobs.So be prepared to make 2 or more trips for a load....Hope your not paying 80- 150 a load causs they will cost you money and blame you and are rude in doing so...They all need to be taught how to do thier jobs properly and not blame the customer.I learned a lesson but next time a customer makes an order ill send them to MITCHELL'S they are so nice there.
