Hayden was my customer service representative and went above and beyond every time I’ve stepped into Fountain Tire. When nobody else in the city had availability, Hayden told me not to worry and that we would take care of you. My tires were installed 3-4 hours after. 10/10 would recommend. Best prices, best service.

What a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent, very pleasant and friendly. Poor planning on my part left me in the hands of Google to find a place open on the long weekend to get my tires swapped. Thank goodness as this was the best experience I have had in FSJ. 10/10 will return again. Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful. Got me in, out and on my way in no time. Keep up the great work guys!

Had a balancing issue on my tires. Called their dispatch line and was informed that they would have someone standing by at the shop when I got there, at 730pm, on a Friday night. The tech they sent out was friendly, professional and prepared to be there as long as was needed.This kind of old fashioned service is a dying breed, I would 100% recommend them to anyone passing through or living in FSJ.

Really professional and friendly service. I was in need of a quick tire change to drive through BC and Yukon. They were able to change the tires as well as stud them in as little as 1 hour. The car handles and performs much better now (and safer) on black ice, snow, dirt, and gravel. Highly recommend.

We have been going to the Fountain Tire FSJ location for years. We have always had great service. I find their prices to be some of the most reasonable in town (e.g. had a block heater installed once and it was a third the price of other places in town). Highly recommend!

Wish I could rate them 0. Went there Wednesday. They said they could get me 2 Michelins xze 255 70r 22.5 for my rv. No problem, quoted me a price and delivery for Friday. I call Friday and no one has any information about me, guy I spoke to is on holidays and the tires won’t be here till at least the middle of next week. I don’t have time to wait I’m leaving for our east. Now I’m stuck with no tires. Good job fountain tire. I won’t be back.
