Stove broke down 5 months after i bought it. Call the service department and they do not answer their phone, don't return your call, have to get a seller from the store to get them to call back, afterward, they tell you to email them to get appointment, and guess what, they wont answer it either. Then they forget to call you back and want to charge 100$ for their mistake. Do not buy anything there.

I went to EconoPlus at Newman ( LaSalle) Saturday 20th 2021, before going I called aheaded to make sure they were opened because their online website mentioned they were not doing in store purchase, I am a woman who likes to inspect appliances before buying, I was greeted by a pleasant representative I asked if he had a measuring tape , he came right over with one. He asked the measurements I told him, he wanted to know if I was interested in a new refrigerator or used refurbished refrigerators I told him used refurbished with ice and water dispenser. He showed me four refrigerators I was surprised at how patient he was because of his attentiveness to what I wanted I purchased my refrigerator the same day. He explained about their policy what they cover and what they don't. I will return to purchase my stove there. My refrigerator will arrived Tuesday the 23rd 2021. (Side story: I did go to Economax the Thursday 18th, I went after work I was looking exhausted but I knew what I wanted, the representative at that store was not interested, he did not acknowledge me he never once looked at me, he looked more annoyed I was taking up his time. That's the feeling I got from him, I finished asking my questions then I left.)

I would give 0 stars if possible they kicked my baby out of the store because it started crying. Then I still try to buy a stove and the young girl working there did not want to help me then I asked for a Manger and she called the cops on me never go here ! Literally rather not have a stove then buy from here

I had a very good experience buying a washer/dryer set. Murat was very knowledgeable and helpful; while on the phone he sent pictures of any of the details he could find on the machines (incl minor scratches etc) and was able to arrange the delivery within a few days. He made the entire process very easy and fast. Now preparing for the delivery :) Thank you Murat!

Don't buy from Econoplus! They delivered a non-functioning washer, that caused further damage to our home due to leakage, and to our clothes. They don't answer or return calls through their service department and their stores won't help, just directing to their service line.Warning! Our original machine that could not be repaired by reputable service repair as required part is discontinued is now for sale on their website. Buyer beware!!!

Got one fridge from them only worked 3 months called got it replaced with a none working fridge everytime I call to have someone either replace it or fix it and they are stalling. The amount of money I spent on ordering out isn't worth it to go here.

Went there a few days ago, dealt with Anthony.Atrocious customer service, felt like I was a burden. He kept changing the terms and conditions on the fly.Eventually agreed to purchase a fridge from him, he asked for a deposit to hold it. I was willing to put a $50 non refundable deposit when he changed the terms again and asked for a 50% deposit upfront and said “I am not the one who needs a fridge, if you want it then pay the deposit if not I’ll sell it to someone else.”I walked out of there so furious and checked if it was me, turns out I’m not the only one who feels this way. Google reviews are full of there non-sensical customer service. Ended up getting a fridge for $0 from marketplace.

When you go purchase something at this store , people are very polite . When it comes down to delivery , they’re scammers. They say they came by your home , which someone was home all day , they say they rang bell and no one answered . Then they say they called , only miss call I had was at 6:33 am on a Saturday morning . Who in the heck will call someone at 6:30 in the morning , on a Saturday morning to deliver a fridge pat 7 am ? Then you have to wait an extra three days afterwards, to hope you get your correct item delivered and they say I have to pay am extra 50$ for their mistakes . VERY BAD SERVICE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES . Very disappointed

Good service they leave u alone to choose. Answer questions when u have. Delivery was good, but that's all they do is deliver. I needed help to just put the dryer on a platform 3 feet up. But they said no no we only deliver. I'm disappointed with that, I paid 50 bucks for delivery. They had the dryer they could of just lifted 3 feet and helped us out a bit. But they didn't very disappointed. 50 bucks for delivery from LaSalle to lachine.I have not tried the dryer yet. I'll review that another time.

Fridge is now dead after 7 months. Don't waste your time. Buy brand new.
