GoodLife Fitness Ajax Taunton and Westney

I’ve been a loyal customer of Goodlife for years now and I have never thought I’d experience such thing. Suren and Anthony Immature unprofessional and disrespectful showing egotistical behavior towards us. Not only should Goodlife consider hiring people who would make our experience better at the facility but they need to also look at the management at this location they run things there own way I’ve been to 50 locations across GTA and I’ve never felt this type of environment ever. Once again we over pay to be a customer of Goodlife compare to other gyms to have a good environment and a great experience and being treated like a good customer but instead we were treated like a nobody making us feel like should we even continue coming to Goodlife again.

It’s a clean and spacious gym with friendly and helpful staff . I never felt uncomfortable by other gym goers and also found it pretty cool that everyone wipes off the machine they use after they’re done

Good gym, unless you are not okay with people recording you in the changerooms. For years, I have been going to many different GoodLife locations and this gym has the worst problem with people taking pictures in the changerooms. Employees will also do nothing about it and allow it even considering there are signs that clearly state it's not allowed.I have been in contact with head office regarding this issue. I was supposed to receive an email in 3-5 business days from the manager. It has been three weeks and I have not been contacted. I have followed up once, and still nothing.

This location used to be great, but unfortunately, it has become excessively busy recently, resulting in a shortage of available equipment. If you plan on visiting during peak hours, good luck finding an open spot on any exercise equipment. In my opinion, as they continue to attract more members, it would be beneficial for them to invest in additional equipment.

SUREN & ANTHONY (Night Shift Front Desk) - the most unprofessional and untrained people I have ever met in my life. The worst experience I have ever had in my 10 years of Fitness journey. I thought GoodLife has the best customer service but these two guys made me to regret it by their rude and childish behaviour. I kindly request GoodLife to please don’t hire immature people.

This is my favorite Goodlife. I have been training here for over a year.The staff is amazing and the gym has really good equipment that is well maintained. There is a good mix of members with different fitness goals.My previous location was full of attention seeking desperate members video taping themselves, and just socializing. My workout took twice as long waiting for them to stop watching videos while sitting on equipment.

Good gym but there are definitely better goodlife locations pretty close by. 24 hours is awesome though, but does lead to some places like the bathrooms becoming very dirty at later times because there is only one staff member.

Love this gym, very spacious and lots of equipment to use. I normally go in the morning and there aren't any issues with available equipment. Probably the best GoodLife in durham!

My home away from home... Very spacious, I never feel uncomfortable with my fellow gym goers, lots of friendly faces, the staff are welcoming and very helpful.. always greeting with smiling faces. I also love the classes. Soca dance party is a must try! Definitely recommended.

This gym is amazing. I always have a wonderful experience going to it since it is very close yo my house. The staff is wonderful. Suren, Anthony, Ryan and Cienna are amazing. Always helpful with everything the gym needs. Always kept clean.
