This agency should be avoided at any cost if you want to rent your place. I hired them for renting my condo which is located in Toronto downtown. First of all there were so many miscommunication between my listing agent from Clairwood and tenant whom I approved and on top of it my listing agent never ever helped me resolving conflicts when tenant was about to enter my condo. I was left alone to deal with the situation after these guys received fees. Now after one year when tenant vacated the condo and asked me to return the key deposit then I reached out to Clairwood that I never received the key deposit from them and got below response from them.Good morning
