Good Time Party Rentals

A HUGE thank you to Good Time Party Rentals! We had never put on a trade show before and Good Time helped us with their knowledge and expertise. They were extremely friendly - everyone from the office staff to the guys doing delivery and setup! I cannot wait to work with them again on our future events!

Beware the damage waiver. I was held accountable for some minor damage that should have been covered by it. It came down to the definition of vandalism. It turns out that her definition of the word vandalism hasn't made it into the dictionary yet and I just didn't get the memo.I was also informed via email that they wanted to charge my card for the damage and was asked for concent to this. Apparently 1 business day is all you get because they just charged my card anyway. That was a nice surprise. I hadn't even replied yet.I firmly believe that if they had a little more patience and and worked on their customer service, we could have worked something out and I would be leaving a much more positive review.I am not saying not to use them, I am just sharing my bad experience. Everything aside from that was fine. And now I am the proud owner of a table linen with a small spot...

First rate experience

We used Good Time Party Rentals a week ago for our wedding and they could not have been better to work with! Due to the pandemic, we had to completely change our wedding plans and we had to last minute book new vendors. Laurie was incredibly accommodating, organized, and helpful. She made the process easy and painless! We were very happy with the products that we used as well. We highly recommend them for your party rental needs!

A crew came in on Saturday to our farm to set up two tents for a wedding and they did such an amazing job. Firstly so friendly, so hardworking, and they literally were a joy to have around and worked relentlessly to set that tent up despite the crazy wind and some set backs.Secondly, Lorrie (I hope I spelt that right) was also a dream to work with. She was really helpful, very friendly, and clearly works hard.
