This is a tricky review….Their showroom looks phenomenal so that’s exactly what I was expecting when I ordered a $14k kitchen from them.They worked in good time and great communication, but when the cabinets showed up there was some doors that had noticeable scratches so they took those back for refinishing, which was okay because they said right away they would get those fixed, and if we find anything else to let them know.After we had them professionally installed I found about 25 defects in the cabinets, some of them were just lazy manufacturers defects where they didn’t clean up some glue and painted over, didn’t completely finish the cabinets so the particle board showed through the paint, some big scratches they just painted over, and some other things….Safe to say I wasn’t happy, thought the cabinets looked great, if you looked close they were far from perfect.What saved this mess was the fact that I sent all the pictures in and they worked with me to make it right, decided they would come pick up damaged doors and bring them back as well as some money back for the hassle.I believe they are a great company looking at their show room, and I wanna believe that our cabinets were just a one off where they weren’t paying close attention to details.The kitchen looks great though.
