tl;dr: Erik and the team at the Kunstadt Glebe location are excellent. I am beyond impressed with the service I've received, and I have full confidence in Erik for any of my future skiing needs.Erik Dinardo is an absolute master ski boot fitter. He demonstrated great patience and attention to detail in confirming that I bought the correct boots for my feet, making the right adjustments to the boot itself, suggesting the appropriate aftermarket insoles, and showing me the correct way to buckle and strap the boots to enhance the fit even further. My ski boots now fit like a glove, and I can't wait to hit the slopes!I also bought my skis from Erik at Kunstadt at the end of last season. Erik took the time assessing my needs, and explaining the different options available. He recommended the Elan Wingman and I was sold on the Amphibio Trueline technology offered.Erik is a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend his service to anyone looking to improve their ski set up and their knowledge and enjoyment of the sport.

Bad service! I do not recommend. I went there to change 4 special spokes on my bike and they put 4 spokes of different models and colors (while all my spokes are flat and black they put 4 round spokes, 2 of them black and 2 silver). Unbelievable the mistake and neglect when I showed that I was not satisfied, and I was even charged for it!

Bought full ski equipment for 2 people in the Fall. Just called to have seasonal wax applied and was told they are too busy to provide this type of simple after sales service. I was also going to get 4 tennis rackets retaped but if they're not doing our skis, they won't get to do the rackets either. Pretty miffed and will not support them again.

I was very happy with my experience at this store. Chloe, the manager looked after me, and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She didn’t try to upsell me, which I really appreciate. She understood what I needed and explained how the boots I was trying on should fit, which other stores had not done for me. I recommend this store with no reservations.

Went in with a flat tire and was fixed on the spot. Also bought a new Helmut with help from the staff. Great experience overall, customer service was amazing!

I went to Kunstadt Sports as a last ditch effort to find a bike for myself. I am 5'2 and it was proving difficult to find a bike for my small frame while also not having ridden a bike in over 15 years. I was greeted by Hannah who took me into her care and found me a bike that would fit my frame and my budget. I was able to test drive the bike with multiple seat heights

I have had experience with this Kunstadt location in restringing my tennis racket and in buying a bicycle and servicing it. While I wanted to be positive in my rating - it is a local business, some interactions with staff were nice - the overall experience was rather neutral or negative.Regarding racket restringing, I did it once with the string getting quite loose too soon (actually, by the end of the first practice, and I'm nowhere close to the intensity of competitive players). Didn't take a chance since then, so could be an accident.Regarding bicycles, it starts with the attitude of staff. It seemed that a few of them are not only unknowledgeable, which is ok, could be summer students or alike, but also not caring about what they do there. Also, for things like an annual tune-up, which could be easily arranged by phone, I was told to come in with my bike - to only learn that I didn't have to do that as they just gave me the date without looking at my bike.That still would be ok, but when I left my bike for a free annual tune-up (I bought their bike last fall), soon I received a message that my chain is overstretched and it needs to be urgently replaced. That did not sound right to me as I barely made a few hundred kms on it since I bought is. I said I'll consider it and checked it myself at home. The stretch was only 1/32 per 12 links which is certainly not an indicator for replacement. While they promised to clean and lube the chain
