If zero star was an option, I would give it to them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was 1 day late pass my exchange deadline and would not do anything about it. Not even an exchange. The manager huffed and sighed when I asked for their customer service line and said they won’t do anything about it. And as she said, they did nothing about it. I have worked retail also and when customers come in for an exchange after they have passed their deadline. We still do an exchange to keep customers happy and wanting to come back for more. I’ll just take my business else where and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.But the associate that helped me when I made the purchase was very helpful even though she was alone in store when it was busy. She mentioned that she was not happy because her manager keeps leaving her to go out for smoke breaks. Just thought I’d add that on top of everything.

I went into the store 3 times within 20 Min and the girl was on her phone texting the times I went. No customer service. She was large and black hair. I wanted to get another piece of Travel luggage. My opinion that was very rude to do this to a Customer. Just went back a 4th time. She came from the back and said Hello.! Then sat down and started to Text again. I wanted to buy more luggage but won't bother when you have someone like that. If she is the Manager then it's a shame for her to do this to a customer.Went into the store again this morning and same problem for 5th time and I wear an Air Cast Boot so it makes it hard for me to walk and use a cane. My opinion that so called lazy staff member should be fired.

While most items are quality, the prices are up there, too. Although, they always have sales, so if you're looking for a reasonably priced purse/wallet you're likely going to be in luck! Decent selection for small stores and consistently new styles in stock.

I had a very wonderful experienced at Midtown mall branch today November 12, 2020. The Lady manager name Addrienne is awesome. She made my return transaction smooth and easy. She even apologized to me when she learned that one of her staff from Center mall branch gave me a hard time when i went there for return and lady there was lying when she told me that she couldn’t get a hold of her and let me waited for 5 mins for nothing.Addrienne your are the best and you deserved your position and thank you for being a good manager and for showing your concern to your customers. I wish all the best for you and to your company. More power!

Excellent service, well lit, easy access

Very helpful staff even though it was quite busy due to a sale. It's my first time flying and they helped with all my questions and to choose something affordable but durable.

Why does it appear that they carry Briggs and Riley when they have not for 5 years. It is a waste of my time to drive there, park and then find out they don't carry that brand.
