Shoppers Drug Mart

This shoppers drug mart it's not bad at all. The wash room needs to be cleaned up with a proper locking door. It also needs to have a Vegan section and it would be very nice.

I absolutely loved the customer service provided by the girl in the beauty section. She went above and beyond to help me find a perfume gift set. Lovely girl with a smiley face. She deserves a raise.

I live nearby i grab my things from here daily and they ALWAYS think im stealing when i take too long!! Cant even take my time to shop for something tbat im paying for

The lady with grey hair is rude. She belittles and laughs. She made remarks in her language to another worker… little does she know I understand her. No customer service skills whatsoever. I never liked her presence or attitude for all the years I come here, I don’t know how she is not fired yet. At least the blond woman in cosmetics is empathetic.

The pharmacy here leaves alot to be desired. Waited 23 hours to finally be informed that there was an issue with a script". Called in twice

Excellent customer services. Great stock. Lot of stock on floor, safety problem for custimers. Easily parking Available. Lot of other options for shopping around this area.

We bought our Presto cards from here. The staffs are helpful. It's a big shop so if you wanna do a quick refill on your make-up, grooming or any other stuffs. You could do easily.

Good stuff, pharmacy open late, has a good drinks section, but a bit overpriced.

I recently lost a gold chain and cross which I believed in the store. Unbelievable customer service. Both Catherine and Amr have gone above and beyond to help me. Such honest and compassionate people going the extra mile. Even though the necklace was not found, I will always remember how fast Catherine responded and contacted me with the plan to help locate my lost chain. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Overcharged for an item at checkoutI bought a plant with a price label sticker on the pot stating that it was $8.99. When I scanned the item at self checkout, and checked out, I checked the receipt and saw that it charged me $9.99 without tax. Knowing the policy for incorrect barcodes, I wait in line at the in-person register to get compensated. I tell the worker about the policy and she flat out tells me there is no such thing, and calls her supervisor. The supervisor also tells me that the item isn't free. She then proceeds to tell me the complete opposite policy and says that an item over $10 is free when it is actually under $10. I had to show her the Retail Council of Policy on my phone to prove that I'm not making it up. She also questioned what else I bought and made it seem like I searched the whole store to catch this mistake because I know this policy. How in the world am I supposed to know that the system would make an error?? She fully scanned the item several times and the number was different from what it showed in the system to what the price it said on the barcode. I understand that they don't want to lose money, but Shoppers is a big company and supervisors/ managers not knowing the policy and trying the brush off the error is very unprofessional. In the end, the supervisor did give me the item for free, and I appreciated it, but I can tell you that she didn't even admit her wrong or apologize for the inconvenience. She just refunded me and stood there. I asked her what I should do with the flowers and she said, take it.""
