Staffs know nothing about drinks and doesn't have any bit of the nice service attitude Starbucks provides. I ordered caramel brulée frappuccino. That women in pink hair just asked me if I wanted it hot or cold. I said cold. She then gave me a caramel latte. When i went back to her and ask for a change she then gave me an inpatient attitude and yelled my name in a very unfriendly way.

I bought small mug ornaments in this store. I went back to exchange cause one of them lost its red stripe. Few days later, i found the package is not completed without the sku label. I’m collector. I hope my mugs with the sku label. I went back to ask if I can change it. I’m surprise I got the answer is 我已經給你換過一次了,不能再換了!而且我們沒有撕掉條碼。I’ve already let you chang one time not second time. The recipe doesn’t mention change one time only. And told me they never took off the sku label. So what happened to my mugs?I don’t like the attitude just like she gave me the chance to change it.Yeah…….I really should checked everything when I paid.The Starbucks customer service told me I can do exchange after purchasing not only one time.This store doesn’t follow it.I don’t wanna talk too much in store. I told myself never mind just a bad shopping experience.

I have been a loyal customer at Starbucks for over 20 years and this is the first time I got refused to add more milk to my coffee. The barista said I need to pay for the extra milk if I want to add more milk. Never in my life, I have heard this at anywhere. Regular restaurants or any coffee shop, I have ever heard you need to pay extra for milk in your coffee. It's just ridiculous! Never again I will buy coffee at the Starbucks at TnT in Lansdowne mall!! Worst experience!

Options limited and staff are not clear. Staff accidentally gave a Cup with my mocha and got security involved when returned for another coffee, simple miscommunication but could have been avoided. Never going to be returning. If you want a cup of coffee I recommend just going into the mall and avoiding this location all together.

they spelt my name right! almost.. they asked me if I wanted an option for lemonade or coconut milk - that is appreciated!the staff seemed friendly and talked amongst each other casually, so it could be more professional

I wasn’t happy with a drink (way too sweet). According to Starbucks policy worldwide, they are supposed to remake it. Instead, they refused and suggested adding milk to my latte. If they’re supposed to represent the brand “Starbucks”, they should know the policy…, otherwise, don’t open under that brand or don’t work there. I’ve called Starbucks and confirmed that they’re supposed to remake the drink. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years . Definitely very disappointed at this Starbucks .

They gave me the wrong drink.the staff don’t understand any order.They do not really understand what I said.They thinks I am Chinese.They start to talk with in Chinese. I am 10 year old and born in Canada. I don’t really understand Chinese. In Canada, they should talk back to me in English when I just spoke English. Customer service is not trained properly
