Finally some service that isn’t shady! These guys saved me big. Nextgen claimed that my AC unit was leaking and that it needed to be replaced. They said since it was under warranty they would only charge me $700 for labour. Instead I call Climate Control and buddy pops by, tells me it’s over charged with refrigerant, there’s no leaks and now it’s running as designed. It’s 68 degrees right now on the hottest day in July. Thanks Climate Control! Look out for other greasy companies, these guys are just normal honest people who do great work.

I had a nice gentleman come over to my house as I requested a quote on replacing my furnace. He was very professional and it seemed as though they would be a good company to give my business to. I requested the quote and furnace replacement as quick as possible since winter is pretty much here and our furnace didn’t work. I was told that he would get a quote out to me right away. It’s been about a week now and I have not heard from them. Two other company’s quoted me and the furnace replacement is being finished today.

Helped me out in a bind, furnace was down in winter and I needed a pressure switch. With no help in town and shipping times of 2 weeks online I found their shop. They sourced one at 3pm and called me up the next morning first thing. Great service

Stay away if you want good service. I am a retuning customer of climate control. I called them at the beginning of September to come and repair my garage heater, venting etc. 2 months after Norm came to take pictures and put together a quote i still have not heard anything back. I have followed up 5 times over the last 3 weeks and i still have not spoken to Norm. Finally on the 5th follow up call the lady at the front desk had someone to call me back, Jason the owner. He called only to tell me all his excuses on why nobody could call back for the last 2.5 months. Did not have any solutions.

Hey had some issues with my furnace as temps were starting to dip down here furnace would fire. Placed a call to the office and jason took the call (turns out he is owner) had a great experience as this was about 5:30 pm said he would stop by one his way home from the office. Which was around 6:15. My filter was dirty but had hit some limit switches that would let my furnace fire. After checking things out, resetting switches and giving the furnace a clean everything. Was back running and house was heating. Have also bought a few things from here A/C cover came in within a few days. Great local company will give the guys a call next time i need. thanks again

The folks are Climate Control are the best. I am an extremely hard critic when it comes to services provide. However, Climate Control is to be commended for their excellent service. Jason, I want to recognize Norm and his helper for going over and beyond to help me. It took them only one day to replace my hot water thank. Contractors in Fort McMurray you need to take page out of Climate Control book on how to provide excellent service.

Sam showed up within the time limit he stated on the phone. Very professional and a good work ethic. Would recommend Climate Control to anyone. Thank you for all your help

I had climate control come out to diagnose and correct a poor install by a competitor.During the initial call Office manager was very professional and scheduled me in quickly.Colton the HVAC journeyman called prior to leaving his previous service call and let me know he was on his way. While in my home he was quick to trouble shoot and get to work. In addition to the service call we installed a smart thermostat that I had been meaning to install(which took him seconds, compared to what would be hours for me with alot of cursing). He then verified the HVAC system was working and checked my newly installed AC condenser, he found a small issue in the previous installation and fixed it. Which I'm sure saved my AC unit from premature failure.Couldn't be happier with Climate Control's professionalism and workmanship. You can trust the high Google review rating.

I called Climate Control to replace water tank in the spring. I truly enjoyed dealing with Jason and his team. They're knowledgeable, trustworthy and dependable service provider in the community. I appreciated how they worked with us to accommodate our schedule and needs. Keep up great work!

I had climate control install AC in my house last summer, and it was a perfect job and have had absolutely no issues with it. They were able to get me In quick with a very reasonable quote!The following year my furnace was having issues and they came immediately and fixed the problem super quick!Climate control has been amazing to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone in fort McMurray!!!
