Westsyde Centennial Park
The best park in Kamloops by a long shot. Came here for a walk with my girlfriend and we were surprised to see there is a loaded petting zoo! The goats here are extremely happy and active. All the other animals are well kept and clearly enjoy the place. There are vending machines for people and the animals. Prices for feed are extremely cheap. Bring quarters and loonies! Great place to spend a couple hours, very chill being around the animals.

Westsyde Centennial Park
Great park! Has everything to entertain the kids and a great area to walk and lounge around. There's baseball diamonds, soccer fields, tennis court, basketball court, a full size skating rink, kids water park and a nice playground. On the opposite side of the park there's a dog park and petting zoo as well. The kids LOVE it there

Westsyde is so, so lucky to have this amazing park! Petting zoo, playground, waterpark, baseball/soccer fields, and, a great dog park along with access to river beach - all along the Rivers Trail!

Lots of shade for us parents while the wee ones play at the water park. The water park is for younger children but I have seen kids 7, 8, 9 etc . The playground is for older kids as it is hard to climb up. It is very tall and a warning the slide is metal!

Did a cyclocross race here. Lots of parking, had bathrooms and biking around while roosters crowed and sheep bleated was really neat! (There is a petting zoo) There are beautiful singletrack trails leading to the water.

Westsyde Centennial Park
This fair-sized park is a place to enjoy walks, baseball, other sports, and events. A privately run bird and small animal park is next to Westsyde Centennial Park; no entry is allowed into this small animal sanctuary, but families can purchase food for the animals and feed them through the chain-link fence. A few of the birds and animals are exotic varieties! Cute!

Great family fun or time for reflection and restorative energies. The animal petting zoo is my favourite. Thank you to the owners that operate and maintain. The kids enjoy the playground. Looking forward to the outdoor skating rink we've heard about.

We had a beautiful walk on the trails. Checking out as much we could. Fresh air and beautiful nature.

A wonderland for people and pets. Nowhere else in the city do you find a football field-sized enclosure for dogs.... And an off lead beach....a river to swim and play in... And miles of stunning walking trails that eventually lead into town. Not to mention a waterpark for tykes and the most charming farm with weird and wonderful animals that little humans and big humans alike can enjoy. Poop bags are onsite but don't forget to pick up your pups poop because you'll be reported if you don't. The community likes to keep this park beautiful for everyone to enjoy.Note: The farm is privately owned and letting our kids pet and feed the little goats is a privilege. Please only feed the goats that which has been provided in the feed machines by the owners. Certain plant matter can poison animals by mistake.
