Christmas time my uncle had 200$ in his wallet and now he has nothing. He is not coherent, I know the policy’s in the place so none of you are allowed to take anything from residents. Very sickening to understand that you people in this place will prey on elders. Shame on you all.

Very hectic place to work, they were not organized. Some of the HCA or nurses were very nice and helped the elders with what they needed but working here I witnessed very cruel actions from nurses/HCA. Residents would have soiled themselves and the nurse would basically tell them they are to busy and make them sit in their soil for hours. Would NEVER recommend, for work or for having someone live here.

My grandma went here and left but has no choice but to go back, for what they charge and how cheap the food is my grandma has said what they feed you

Very well run except for heating which i m told is operated from the vancouver area!Very attentive & kindly staff.Food is good quality but still institutional so less than great.Good recreational programs.I m also happy with the long-term care that my husband recieves.I d recommend this place for all levels of care.
