I bought Cesar Salad which mentioned prepared every day. But as you can see the romain and vegetables are not fresh. Last time I tried in another branch in Markham which was completely fresh.

oct 25 friday night 8:55pm whoever was working drive through window needs to get checked. i havent paid yet and ask this guy to switch my coke to a lemonade and he says no" as if its not possible and shuts the window. i really hope managers are reading these reviews to get their customer service in check. im not one to review a fast food place too often but this was ridiculous"

It's Wendy's. No major complaints, and actually, the burger was great.I did ask for extra pickles, and for whatever reason, despite it being on the bill, I got NONE!Frostys good as always

I can see new management taking over in the future. It looks like the current management doesn’t care about their customers or care about their location. I see lots of negative comments.

Did drive thru, too awhile. Think they cooked everything after it was ordered, Seemed short staffed. Couldn't understand the employee in the drive thru, sounded like they were down a hall. Gave me spicy chicken instead of regular, which was really fine. Oil wasn't fresh though, fries and chicken were brown.

Food used to be good at this location. Been here a few times for breakfast and lunch. For breakfast, most times the wedges are cold. Like they were fried and kept on hand. Same thing applies to the fries at lunch. Cold and soggy. Not sure what is happening to this location but it's not as good as before.

This location is by far the dirtiest, most mismanaged and least maintained Wendy’s location in Ontario. It’s shocking that they’re still up an running.

Came here for a quick bite after work. I tried the fired up sandwich with the beef patty instead of chicken. Overall, the sandwich had way too much sauce.. the crispy onions got really soggy. The sandwich for me was a 1/5 on the spice level. The fries just came out of the fryer, so they were really good. Service was nice, but some tables required cleaning.
