Ok, this review is to acknowledge a Telus Rep (Mitchell). This guy is absolutely amazing, I had previously visited another location and they recommended I go to Dart Crossing. Mitchell went above and beyond his duties to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Everything took a very long time and I was feeling anxious, worried and stressed that I would leave without a working phone. Mitchell's laid back professional energy kept me relaxed. He explained everything to me in understandable terms, offered resources and trouble shooting. He spent a lot of time with me and put forth a lot of EFFORT to help. In other words, he worked VERY hard. The type of HARD WORK that unfortunately we don't often see anymore. 2 thumbs for MITCHELL!
