Everything at this bakery is absolutely delicious, from their breads, croissants, pastries to quiches. I recommend it to everyone, it is worth the detour. The staff is always super sweet as well.

Best bread in Blainville! Their Walnut bread is especially great...ha, move over Première Moisson, there's a new sherif in town :)

Location: On Curé-Labelle in Blainville. It's not too far from the 15 and parking is available.The place: Small, minimalist and clean decor. The goods are on display, as they should be!The goods: I'd been meaning to try this bakery for a while so since I had an appointment just up the street from them, I decided to stop in yesterday (a Thursday) around Noon. I got loaf (pain de ménage), a quiche (courgette), a chocolate eclair and a slice of their 'exotic' cheesecake. First, the quiche was delicious and the perfect size for lunch. If you are having a salad or veggies (any kind of side dish, really), then I would say half the quiche would be perfect. Anyway, the quiche was incredibly tasty and not greasy or heavy. I would definitely pick a few of these up again. I then tried the cheesecake, which had a nice texture (consistent but not as heavy as 'commercial' cheesecakes) and a thick layer of mango/pineapple on top. I didn't find this dessert to be overly sweet (bonus) and overall, quite enjoyed it. I'm generally not a big fan of mango (I find them too sweet) so look forward to trying another variety in the future! I haven't had the eclair yet so can't comment. I tried the bread this morning and it was a solid piece of toast! Great consistency, not heavy and not too sweet or salty. I say this because I've had bread from some bakeries that I found sweet (not my thing). Tried this boulangerie last weekend, their croissants are amazing. This Boulanger is just a few steps from where I leave. The staff are super friendly and give good recommendations.

Best kept secret in Blainville, a bit far if you live downtown Montreal. There is a meat store next door. Both shops are connected , so I suppose it's the same owners.
