Jireh is rude and disrespectful to customers. I simply asked for a single cream and he refused, being very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to customers and has a poor attitude. Please do not go here if you want the best coffee and the worst treatment. If the owner does not want the business to close down shortly, he should talk to his employees.

This store in particular was open earlier than the other mall shops so it was a plus since I was in the area early for a bank appointment. A good number of people were lining up but it went fast since 2 counters were operational and they were fast to turnover orders

Slowest Tim hortons I have ever visit. They were so slow. They need 3 persons to take a single order, there were a bunch of elderly people standing in line for so long just to order but they were working like all of em were “high”. The lady ANNA was so rude and may be she was having hearing aid because she keeps asking me to speak louder and louder. Worst experience!

This is a review of Tim Hortons near Walmart Sqaure One, Mississauga. The person who took the order seemed to be a racist. He gave us our order without straws and upon asking for straws, he decided to completely ignored our request. After asking with him multiple times, we had to reach out a different person to help us with the straws.Wonder if Tim Hortons got any anti-racism policies.

Staff is soo rude and unprofessional. Specially the guy name JIREH. We asked for a cream on side and straw, he said i am not giving you anything ask someone else. I was waiting for 15 min just to get straw but still didn't get served from any of the staff member. Worst experience ever

Ordered two hot chocolates and a French Vanilla. Hot chocolates were just dirty, tasteless brown water. It’s not that I have never had HC before. Just few days ago I had one from Meadowvale Town Centre, and it was just as I have always - PERFECT. Seems like this the was end of the fill. Very disappointed.

TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLEThe elderly, untrained and confused staff at this location (next to Walmart) makes it one of the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. The staff is mostly busy chatting with each other and wasting time. They are not concerned at all about the extremely slow service and long lines.

I write this review for Tim Hortons near Walmart Square one, They took my order by mistake yesterday but I was fine with that. Today, when I wanted to receive the new order, I received more than my order, what they did gave me a very good and positive feeling, I thank them.

Employees are soo rude, I was waiting for my bagel and the employee at the sandwich side was cleaning up the griller and saw me waiting for a while. I said excuse me 2 times and he ignored me but then without saying yes or anything he just looked up at me and I asked him how long the bagel will take and he just let go of his cleaning equipment in anger, made a face and rolled his eyes and and turned around calling another employee to make it. I understand you can be tired but there’s no reason for you to be showing such attitude to you’re customers like that. They should be more attentive and look at the screen to see if there’s any order without having the customers wait and ask how long it will take because I paid for it. The new employees are soo sweet but the others are always showing attitude and being rude. Just cause of this unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I avoid coming here but sometimes I have no choice because the place is near. Also I am not surprised that many other people have the same problem with the service. Sadly there is no other Tim Hortons in the mall to go to instead of this one.

Really great attentive staff, they shine.Food is on point, from wraps,dining selection is broad from comparison to any other tim hortons I've been to in weeks-- very nice coffee served by quality people. Vegan options.
