always amazing food. I had a whiskey burger and a chocolate milkshake this time around.. and some cherry cheesecake to go! so much yum! staff is always great too!

I have eaten at this restaurant many times since they opened, eat in and take out. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the food is amazing. Dan goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied by coming out to talk to everyone. Elizabeth made the best cupcakes for my daughters baby shower. I love that they try new recipes for cheesecakes and go out if there way to accommodate people with food allergies! I highly recommend this family run business as they always make us feel like we are apart of their family!

The food? Great.The prices? Fair.The Staff? Rude. (Not to mention, barely wearing masks during my visit)I'll always give credit where it's due, I really enjoyed the food and the ambiance was nice and the location of the establishment was adorable. But from the moment my partner and I walked in we felt ... ignored. It took a good minute or so for someone to show us to table, not a welcome, not so much as a greeting. From there I watched behind the counter as at least three workers walked around packaging food without face masks.We got the special to share, a hot hamburger sandwich and a french onion soup. It was delicious, but no one checked on us which I always thought was custom, and it took someone who wasn't even our original server to come over and ask if we wanted dessert. I asked what they had for cheesecake, as that's what we stopped in for originally. Instead of recommending one, instead of beginning to list them off, instead of so much as attempting to answer my question she said Well we have a lot so just come up."Talk about rushed. I paid

Burger Wars 2022 Edit!I need more stars to rate Dan and Liz’s Burger Wars burger “Just Dill With It!” The balance between the sweet aioli and the tangy slaw is perfection itself. The bun, with just a hint of dill, is a rich brioche bun that holds everything together perfectly. The deep fried dill pickle on top and the dill inside is extremely tasty. The burger itself is an amazing hunk of local beef that needs no additives; juicy and delicious all on its own. Definitely a winner in our books!Edit: Valentines Day Supper 2021If I could double my rating, I would. We come here about once or twice a month but rarely do we go out anywhere “fancy” anymore. We’ve had more than enough pretentious high end places over the last 30 years travelling.This year however, we decided to do something different and actually celebrate Valentines Day and picked Fresh From the Oven due to their special menu and our confidence in their ability to deliver it. We were not disappointed.The food was simply spectacular (please see my new pics attached). The music excellent (and we sat in the booth closest to the musician) and the service, as always, was awesome.Cheesecake Tuesday is the best day of the week! Amazing food, all of it presented professionally by great staff. Portions are perfect, local products whenever possible. Good parking. Very clean bathrooms. The variety and deliciousness of grilled cheese" sandwiches has to be experienced to be believed. Easily my favourite place to eat in the entire valley."

Hands down one of the best restaurants in the Annapolis Valley ❤️ everything is homemade with so much love and passion. I love going to support this amazing family and they're extremely talented gift of delicious food!!! Thank you guys for always going above and beyond!

The food has always been great and today was no different. The staff greeted us with smiles and were very understanding when my daughter and her friend forgot their masks. They were able to provide one for them and were extremely polite about it. The girls had the Birthday cake milkshakes and they loved them. We will be back for sure! Long story short. Great staff, great service, great food. !

Took last minute reservation request, were friendly and accommodating, and best of all the food was some of the greatest we've had! My children loved the chicken strips which were REAL chicken strips not just the boxed kind most restuarants have. Everyone else at the table also enjoyed their meals as well. No complaints.The desert menu is huge and it was hard for some to choose what they were going to get while looking at all the cheesecake, cake, cookies, dates, ice cream, brownies, etc to pick from. Each person had something different and everyone enjoyed everything. My wife and I actually enjoyed the desert so much that 4 days after our reservation we went back to get desserts to go, for just us! This place is about 25 minutes from our home but will be our new go to place and we will certainly enjoy Sunday lunches here in the future!

Stopped in while driving through! Great place for a bite to eat, management is friendly and welcoming. Had a great sandwich and some cookies! Would eat again!

Other local restaurants don't stand a chance. Fresh From the Oven is hands down the best place to eat within 100km of Greenwood and worth the drive if you live far. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it. Top quality meals, an amazing selection of cheesecakes/desserts, friendly staff, and very sanitary.
