Holo Sun / OWG airlines was on time both ways, no lost luggage and great service..Toronto to Cayo Coco..Very quick check in at Pearson.. Full meals going there and back are really good, and included in your booking. Hola Sun Rep at Memories Flemenco (Enme) was great. He answered all our questions, gave great advice and booked our excursions. I would choose HolaSun and OWG again.

I booked my vacation through them to Cuba. I was extremely impressed with the airlines. Not only you get free checked luggage you also get actual food on the airplane. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. My choice of airline when I head to Cuba. The only downside is the check in and seat assignments had to be done at the counter, but they were very efficient and the line up was not bad at all.

This is the best airline I have travelled to Caribbean's vacation.My review is only applicable to flight and not to all inclusive package.OWG airline is #1 airline from the timining, staff, quality of food and cleanlyness prespective.I don't think anyone can be better then OWG airlines.

Hola sun is extremely helpful . we’ve called Hola sun a number of times just to ask questions . They have teamed up with OWG Airlines . fantastic airline to fly on the best I’ve been in a long time . I highly recommend booking your vacation with them.

I came back last night from Varadero,Cuba, my luggage was opened in Varadero airport and my stuff were stolen. I saw a number for OWG and called them, nobody answered and I left message. I asked the airport security and they told me to follow up with them.I am going to send them an email also to the tour, Holasun, to complain.It was a very bad experience after one week relaxing!!

I made a booking to Playa Costa Verde with HolaSun but I decided to go home early by paying extra for a separate flight ticked through Sunwing. HolaSun did not respond to my emails or calls. **HolaSun “failed” to book the insurance although I selected the option when booking which meant I spent out of pocket to get out of a terrible experience**At the resort, the food was really bad and there were birds and cats at the buffet restaurant. The room’s safe, patio door, and shower were broken. The worst was that there were bugs, geckos, and mosquitos INSIDE the room. I informed the hotel staff but they were unable to do anything. There was no mosquito repellent for purchase at the hotel either. The nurse at the medical center hardly spoke English and had no medication to offer for the insect bites. They only had the Cuban equivalent of Fanta for chasers at the bar and the beach bar didn’t have glasses to serve. The Wi-Fi was pretty bad as well but that was the least of my concerns. The hotel staff barely spoke English which made it even more difficult to get assistance.

BUYER BEWAREBooked months ahead for a vacation. Received an email from Hola Sun THE DAY before departure saying the original booked hotel/resort has suddenly CLOSED. Hola changed the booking to a different resort somewhat close to what was booked.. this raises many alarm bells as can be imagined...but it was the day before departure and work arrangements had been made... will see how the resort turn out.Hola did offer a full refund with no further reimbursements or compensations. However, they did all this on the evening before departure, when they know you've already made vacation arrangements with work. Don't know how often this happens, but very underhanded... BUYER BEWARE

Great trip from beginning to end - wonderful flight with roomy comfortable seats and choice of hot meal both ways. Nice hotel, not fancy but perfect for a one-week stay.The hurricane was a bit of a scare, but ultimately didn't prevent me from getting to know the neighbourhood and the locals quite well.If you go, say Hola from Juancito" to Raisa on the 4th floor."

We booked holidays with Hola Sun in Cuba, Cayo Santa Maria. We left on December 23, 2022 (yes, the snow day in Ontario). The OWG airlines had no delays and to our big surprise served a warm in-flight meal! We had a great vacation with a great service. The rep at Grand Sirenis hotel, Mike, was super nice and helpful. We will definitely use Hola Sun/OWG in the future!

Loved it! Compared to the big three Canadian vacation airlines out of Montreal, Hola Sun had the lowest price on flights to Cuba over the winter holidays and provided good services.My December and January flights included a carry-on, checked baggage and MEAL at no extra cost. There was even a vegan option, and it was pretty tasty!The flight crew was nice, and the OWG plane was roomier than a certain red airline I won't name.If you need to bring a second checked bag, I recommend getting Select class. For only a few dollars more, you skip the line at the airport check-in counter (there's no online or self check-in), board the plane first, get your in-flight meal and drinks first, aget a water bottle and blanket, and have your luggage taken off the plane first.Will definitely book again.
