Excellant facility! The afternoon charge nurse is delightful to deal with. Goes above and beyond to solve any issues that you might have.

Hard as hell to get paystubs. After a year of not working there, my man is still struggling to get his paystubs. Need them for my disability worker and gotten told they would be mailed to us. They never came. Even had to call Canada revenue to get his t4 because that they didn't send neither. Bank statements of what went into his account don't match what the 4 says. So to employees of Riverview gardens watch every bank statement and paystub then see if your t4 makes sense. My disability worker needs these paystubs. I become homeless if not.

Disappointed that they don't have wifi so I can video chat from Michigan with my dad at your facility in Ontario. I think the residents would benefit greatly with video chats from their distant friends and family.

I still can’t get over the fact they have the Alzhiemers institute on Memory Lane, truly the joke of the CENTURY. If I remember correctly that is.
