This place was unbelievably awesome. The food was deliciously delicious the staff was awesome enough to tell me what basketball bracket they were going for and it was very aligned with mine. The waiter definitely knew his basketball and how the waiter did his the customer service was exceptional. The food was so good. It made me cry after a bite. This is not one of those reviews people asked me to do. This is a well, satisfied customer looking at what paradise should look like if I go to another buffet in the world I hope it’s up to the standards I mean the lights were good the seating was good the decoration was good the people was good, the parking lot had space right in front of the store . We had a baby and they accommodated us.

Made a reservation but was only told yesterday upon arriving that price was $41 per person for their holiday menu which was the exact same menu they always serve. Food was not fresh, white tuna fish was very salty. Their food used to be much better and less expensive. Will not go back again in the future.

Came here for Mother’s Day. Had a reservation and was really looking forward to it. Ordered mostly rolls, sushi and sashimi. Not all pictured.Food: an OK selection, WAY too much sauce on everything. I like the sauce, but it’s way too much on way too many of the rolls. Some odd mixes of sauce. I wish they’d just left the food the way it was without sauce. It adds nothing and I literally had to scrape half of it off because there was so much. On the torched/box rolls, there is WAY too much rice.Price: inflated for what you get. Though the atmosphere is nice, I’m not sure what you’re paying for other than maybe the robot that delivers food? It didn’t deliver ours so I can’t speak to it at all.Service: 2 items that we ordered didn’t come, our waitress was quite dismissive, but relatively quick, and when we were finishing up, we started our dessert orders (but didn’t finish), and she took the iPad, sent the orders, and closed us out, without saying a word. We couldn’t add to our desert order, we wanted to wait it out for a reason, but she decided we were done. We were in the restaurant a total of 50 minutes, and our bananas came way before the ice cream and before some of our last sushi..Other: my napkin was dirty when I sat down, and my partners plate was dirty. Women’s washroom hand dryer wasn’t working and there were no paper towels. One washroom was out of service.

Incredible decor. The Friendliest and most on point service staff around. The food comes so fast. The first items came inside of 3 minutes and Entire meal served in 15 minutes or less. So much variety. Piping hot fresh and excellently executed dishes. Not our first visit and not our last

For the first time since moving to Aurora we enjoyed a meal at Cynthia's Restaurant. Dining out in the middle of the week is unusual for us. Although this was our first visit here, it will not be our last. We do enjoy doing firsts. This was our first time being served by an automated #Kittykart. The food was fresh, tender, and delicious. Some of the dishes we ordered were Hot and sour soup, not as spicy as I prefer but delicious. Smoked duck salad, a must try for anyone. Various items from the sashimii menu. Each item was fresh, cold and delicious. The white tuna was soft, and the octopus was the most tender I've ever enjoyed. The sashimi was sliced thin so be sure to order more than you usually would. For example, 4 pieces of octopus would weigh the same as 2 pieces in other sushi establishments. The thin pieces lend well to its tenderness. I ordered a few pieces of sushi that were served on tepid rice, just slightly warmed by the chef's hands with cold fish sitting atop. The smoked eel had a buttery after taste. We also ordered tempura vegetables with light batter that has no oily after taste. We also enjoyed succulent chicken, beef and grilled eggplant. Cynthia's at Young and Mulock Drive in Aurora is worth placing on your must-try list. I highly recommend a visit here.

Atmosphere was truly family friendly. I feel like other All You Can Eat Buffets have more sushi in the menu. However the food was great overall. customer service was excellent, we always had 2-3 servers near us to help or clean out as well as the robot that brings the food. Thanks to Bella and Fanny for being so kind.Recommend: all the beef options, Mango, seaweed salad, rainbow sushi

Amazing ambiance and food. The AYCE lunch had whole mackerel and several shrimp dishes on it. The rolls were delicious and there was bao.

I was hesitant to try this place due to some reviews but decided to give it a try. I’m happy we did as we had a great experience celebrating Father’s Day. The place was full but service and food was good. Some items took longer thank others but it’s understandable for how busy it was. No issue with service as some reviews noted. Our servers were kind and helpful.
