I don’t normally leave reviews on pages but I had to. I am absolutely THRILLED with the service auto devenzo has provided me. I purchased my dream truck ( Lincoln Navigator) from them this weekend and I couldn’t be happier. Maria was my sales rep and I wish they had more sales reps like her in Toronto. My husband and I were very nervous purchasing a truck almost 6 hours away from where we live without even seeing it. Maria made the whole process so smooth and easy. She answered all our questions so quick and she was very patient with us. She made sure all my concerns were gone. I have purchased many trucks before but this was for sure the best experience. She helped me with my trade in and provided me with a fair offer and made sure the new truck would be affordable for me. UPDATE: Auto Devenzo provided 4 new tires at their expense, and offered to cover the suspension service as well (ended up being covered by warranty). Both Mark and Gabriel were in communication ensuring it got resolved. I am satisfied with the resolution.I recently purchased a vehicle (Tesla) from Devenzo, and my overall experience left me with mixed feelings. While there were a few positive aspects, I encountered issues that were disappointing and frustrating.To begin, I must commend Devenzo for their impressive collection of vehicles. The salesperson I dealt with, Gabriel, was polite and responded to my inquiries promptly. They also accommodated service in English to the best of their ability. The interior of the car was impeccable. They do a tremendous job detailing the interior.I live in Ontario and this is my first time buying a vehicle out of province so my ignorance is partly to blame. One of the main concerns arose when I went to get an Ontario safety inspection which is required to register the vehicle in Ontario. To my surprise, the car I had bought, described as fairly new and in excellent condition, failed to pass the inspection. This revelation not only caused major inconvenience but also raised questions about the accuracy of the dealership's claims regarding the vehicle's condition. To my understanding, Quebec does not have the same safety requirements that Ontario does. However, I would have expected a dealership of this stature to ensure the vehicle was in top shape regardless. I now have to take a day off to drive to Ottawa where the closest Tesla service center is so that they can fix the suspension, as well as purchase 4 new tires. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot register my vehicle as it is unfit for Ontario roads.Moreover, another aspect that left a sour taste was the lack of communication. Gabriel was very pleasant to deal with and will not have any issue responding, however the problem arises when someone else is supposed to call me such as the financing or service department. It seems like there is some kind of cooperation with a third party dealership which may be the reason for delayed communication. More than once I've been told to expect someone to get in touch shortly" but as I wait

2 years ago I was referred to Auto Devenzo to purchase my first Porsche. My car knowledge was limited and did not know who to trust to make such an important purchase. First impression, we were blown away not only by the quality and quantity of amazing vehicles, but Sebastien Ramon was so professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our first experience at Auto Devenzo a memorable one! We found our 2020 Stinger online and felt the car might be worth the gamble of driving 3 hours to get it. That was the right choice! Seeing the high end vehicles this dealership sells gave us confidence in the quality of the vehicle we would buy. Michael sent us video of the entire interior and exterior and was in constant contact through the duration of the sale. We love our car and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend
