Sent an email with inquiry about birthday party. Received a return call that evening when they opened. The person who called me was very helpful - we are very excited to hold our sons birthday party there. He and my husband have gone in the past and both love it! Very happy it is here in Red Deer.

Fun times but the party rooms being upstairs in a dark hallway and noise levels I'd say is not an appropriate place to have a party involving the elderly, people who can't see well, people who can't climb stairs or those susceptible to issues with noisy environments.

I would like to start by saying that the boys there were very nice. At least you had that going for you. But, we went there tonight for my nieces birthday and I am not impressed. Firstly, when the party was initially booked, no information other than you play 3 games and then you get to go in the party room" was given. So that made it sound like you would get to play 3 consecutive games and then go in the party room. That was not the case at all. We played 1 game and then were told to go wait in the party room (which was extremely hot and also has paint and pieces of the wall missing). Had that been explained when the party was first booked

Pros- good price for experience- big area Good sound system , lots of glow in the dark- 7/10 arcade between roundsCons- guns were not always working- had the switch out equipment Midgame-broken fog mashine , and when I asked the worker he made it sound like they were never going to fix it - just like all the missing chunks of the fake castle and run down rooms for birthday party - I felt whoever owns the place needs to update the vests/guns , fix interior decorations - do some drywall work upstairs and some paint - and get the fog machines going - who does laser tag without some fog to see the lasers. Either way I’m not returning till it gets a facelift.

Location closed. Last day of business was May 25/26 weekend.

Wondering if anybody knows how to answer the phone there. Called on multiple occasions and have either 1.never been answered or 2. had the lines busy; So I know people work there, just apparently incapable of receiving the calls. As well the website doesn't have any information on gift certificates (the whole reason I've been calling), definitely be spending my money on a place that has competent employees for gifts. Very disappointed.

We had a great time shooting family and friends for my son's birthday. This was the third year we've gone and look forward to doing it next year as well!

We came here for a Birthday Party and while the kids had a great time, the conditions of this location are in such bad shape that I had to tell my son that we would not be coming here for his own Birthday... The party rooms have holes in the walls, the door was broken and had been previously kicked in, half of the lights were either broken and some burnt out, it was very dark in the common areas, stairs and hallways, and we had been told that the kids would get 1h worth of play time, but that was not the case at all, only getting 2 games at 15min each! And the washrooms were absolutely disgusting, both had run out of toilet paper and paper towel, and again was very dark... I would not recommend going there for anything other than a game... Why they don't repair the multiple holes in the walls, busted doors and just basic up keep is beyond me... I would be embarrassed if this was my business....
