Be careful when doing business here. I rented a mailbox from them and they requested a photocopy of my drivers license or passport. When I asked for more information how how they protect personal information from identity theft, they told me it was the law to provide this for mailbox rentals and refused to give me any more information on their policies. I again asked for information on the law they referenced and how they comply with PIPEDA. They immediately cancelled my contract without warning and refunded my payment. Super shady, I'd recommend avoiding this place.** Editing to add that I had offered to go to Red Deer and show them my ID instead of them taking a copy as per the privacy commission recommendations.This is how they replied -Since you are in Edmonton and not a local customer

I have not dealt with GrupDesk; however, I have MANY times in years past, had the expertise and knowledge (both in-person and over-the-net) of Gio Aguirre. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also was patient and skilled in customer-service. Great services! I use their fax machine, rent a mailbox off them and conduct interviews for my staff there (amazing coffee and espresso!) Best admin services in town!

I have used many of the services offered by Grupdesk and the businesses within over the past year, and still continue to do so. The friendly, helpful and supportive group of creative professionals at this location is extremely difficult to find these days. I have also attended many of the after hour events and seminars hosted within the space and can say it is a great setup for small professional events. The parking is convenient and the location is great! The open, bright atmosphere and fresh modern feel is a great addition to downtown Red Deer. I recommend you check them out and the array of services they offer!
