Ainslie was recommended to me by my real estate agent for my recent house purchase. The purchase process was handled efficiently, and in a timely manner, by Ainslie and her staff (Phyllis), and I couldn't be happier with the end result. From this, I had my Will redone and again the process was handled in a efficient and timely manner by Ainslie and her staff (Laura). In both cases, they were very thorough in explaining all of the details and answering my questions. I highly recommend their services.

This review is regarding one of their staff members - Laura. The office receptionist is lovely and so is the lawyer but I had the unfortunate displeasure of having to speak to Laura 2x and each time I found her dismissive and rude. She was not helpful at all, her tone was cold and made me feel uncomfortable and though I was wasting her time when asking questions. Since it appears that she is who I’m usually transferred to when I call, I will find another lawyer to support my personal business.
