OMG they charged me a lot of money. The owner was also rude. He disrespected me saying “I don’t care if you die or make an accident”. He is constantly saying that he don’t care because he some other regular customers. They use a cheap material to repair but charged me a lot of money. I go there twice and feel bad about their service. Please avoid using this repair shop

I have never had a mechanic so honest, considerate, knowledgeable and gentle with pricing. I have used their services for my vehicle repair and they have been truthful, straightforward in getting the issues resolved and not finding other unnecessary issues that will inflate the bill as other mechanics have done to me. And the repairs have been timely. They also call to follow up on me to make sure that the vehicle is okay and not developed any issue after the repair - that was very surprising but greatly appreciated. Jim is very professional and friendly, he takes the time to explain the problem in your vehicle to you and makes sure you understand fully what the issue is. Also he doesn't make you do unnecessary repairs you don't need like other mechanics who overcharge and tell you to replace items you don't really need to. Very honest and kind mechanic. Also, he was able to take my car in right away and I didn't have to wait much to get an appointment. Overall, great experience, would recommend to anyone!!

I don’t think there’s a better mechanic out there. Honest, fairly priced, and Jim really knows his cars.I’ve brought so many cars to him, and he’s always diagnosed everything so quickly and knew exactly what to do.Most recent car, I brought him my BMW that was at the dealer and the dealer said the car needs new intake manifolds, god knows how many thousands of dollars after reading codes on their computer. Jim at PTN didn’t scan anything first but actually opened the hood, found the problem within 5 seconds being a broken air hose.Jim the superhero!

I trust this company so much & I especially trust the owner. He is fair and so are his fees. It’s a plus too that he’s Viet. Will be back again. I appreciate the good service & everyone working there who always brings my vehicle in top notch shape. Will be back again & I recommend to anyone reading this to give him a try!

This shop somehow managed to render a car worse after it left than before it entered the shop, and charged the customer for their incompetence. The excuse given was it was an apprentice that worked on the car, not acceptable since the buck stops at management. People make mistakes, I get it, these ones are hardly excusable.I had the pleasure of fixing all of the issues the apprentice created, which were many. Car is a Honda Prelude that had a motor swap commissioned (not completed). The owner was instructed to pick up their car after the sabotage was completed and the shop ran out of patience. The car was unable to run, and luckily it didn't run because if it miraculously did it would have set on fire immediately due to improper wiring and fuel installation issues. What was left was a mess, broken bolts, missing bolts, many missing parts, broken wiring harness, broken radiator which was hidden, cut hoses, missing vacuum lines, missing fuel rail spacers, used fuel rail seals, alternator wire was connected to ground, missing accessory adjusters, missing accessory belts, interior was exploded like someone had broken into the car and a brake pad that was completely wrong.I was hesitant to write this review, I know people make mistakes and mechanics can be easily blamed for issues, but what drove me to write this is what is seen in the attached pictures. This brake pad is borderline criminal, you do not hand back a car with improper brakes that are guaranteed to fail, regardless if the car isn't running. This shop brutalized this car, which is in immaculate condition, it's truly a shame to both the car and the poor owner. I had to hunt for parts which were missing, deal with broken bolts and parts galore, and re-do every single thing that was done to this car.This shop should fully refund the owner, this was a travesty!

We have been taking our cars to PTN for a few years now. Excellent service, never had issues from any of the work that was completed. A few times the work went above and beyond our expectations. Pricing is excellent and the employees try and work with you to get exactly what you need and can afford.Only issue is the time schedule as last few years they have been really busy so it would take sometimes a week or two to get booked in. Another small issue is that there isn't much parking on the property, but there is available parking across the street at the plaza.I would highly recommend PTN for your maintenance/service needs.

I do like coming here for tire changes but was displeased to find my back bumper scuffed up due to their loading/unloading my tires from the trunk. It's a luxury vehicle, so it's disappointing to have to worry about this sort of issue when seeking a basic service.
