I highly recommend getting your car repaired here.. I’m new to Whitby and needed to get my ball joints checked out on my Tesla 3 .. a lot shops won’t work on Tesla but these guys were great brought my car right in and got the job done fast !

Fantastic experience today. Had a problem with the radiator bracket on my car and brought it in on short notice. Within 20 minutes the guys had it in the shop and fixed up safe to drive. Very impressive service. Highly recommend this shop.

As a woman, I frequently go to do oil changes and are met with men who talk down to me. Assuming I don’t know anything about my car and are condescending. This has never been the case for this location - all the employees are very considerate! I’ll always continue to go back to this location! Thank you for making me feel comfortable! :)

At first, i was skeptical because i heard bad things about midas but never gave it a shot. After running around from shop to shop and not getting clear answers I decided what the heck let's go get a diagnosis from them so I went and got a diagnosis that Mason and Danny performed, and that was quite impressive. I've been to many shops about my issues to no avail and after a mere glance and after a 5 minute session of poking around they found the issues that had been troubling me since I got the car. I highly recommend their services. Thumbs up, Danny, Mason, and shop! The experience left me wanting to come back as soon as possible, but let's hope it's for new tires and no more car repairs.

I changed my tires with them, my car is new so I used all seasons for 2 years then changed the tires when winter came around for the first time back in Nov 2022. Now I go to change to summer tires at a new shop to find that my locknut is missing (which is unique to my car). The rep I spoke to was so dismissive and claimed that they did not lose it and to change my tires at my dealership since they should have a master key.Should've just gone to my dealership in the first place. Do not trust them and poor customer service.

I had to get my muffler replaced with a few other minor things and the service was spectacular. They were honest and upfront with all work and costs and they were very informative. They even offered me the shuttle service so I wouldn't have to find a ride in the snow storm. Very knowledgeable and great pricing. I highly recommend using them!

Great service. Called in the day before. Booked the appointment. Dropped the key off in the morning before work. They called me mid day to review the work and get approval. Car was done before I knew it and payment was super easy. No fuss no issues and my AC was actually fixed.

My brakes failed as I was driving down Dundas. Luckily I was not injured it could have been a lot worse. Fortunately I was right across Midas and cautiously made my way over. They were fantastic! Took my car in right away & was told my brake hydraulic hose had broken. The mechanic came out and explained what had to be done. Staff was kind and efficient. Price was reasonable. Many thanks to Midas! I totally recommend them!

Unreal customer service. I had my breaks replaced and the team went above and beyond to make sure my car was done right and safely. Also got a set of tires for a great price. I will definitely be comming back and recommending to anyone whos looking for some maintenance work.
