We've been getting glasses from here for a few years now and the service has been great even despite the ownership change.I just went with my dad to grab him a few pairs of glasses and Syed/Said (excuse me if I'm misspelling his name) was amazing. He was super friendly and helped us pick out glasses.Once we bought glasses, my dad realized that there was something wrong ( there was a small miscommunication). When we raised our concern, Said/Syed was extremely understanding and helped us process warrantyHe realized that we were in a rush to get glasses for my dad since he was leaving the country soon and he expedited the process surpassing our expectations while meeting it with quality.Thanks again, we'll definitely be coming back. :)

Syed misleaded and messed up with my insurance and my order. Voided my order before refunding my money as I have said that I will escalate for this kind of customer service, he is a big lier just making up things to his advantage.Finally, I got really fed up the way he started speaking to me in a rude tone and went to take my refund with my wife and kid, he was threatening by given some documents to sign saying you cannot go out of the store if I don't sign the documents and he wasn't allowing me to read what is in the documents and mentioned whatever comments he like, which I have not agreed to and talking in a rude tone with my wife when she politely asked why he is treating us so badly. Never saw such a person who have no work ethics.Will never go back to this location again and would never recommend.

Horrible SerciveWe Booked an appointment, when we showed up for the appointment they never had our appointment. We made another appointment showED UP for that one Doctor LEFT BEFORE HE COULD SEE MY DAUGHTER HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Boy oh boy, was this terrible:)TL;DR- potential sexism. A month late for low quality. Careless mistakes, lazy, and lies. Syed was an unhelpful employee. Overall, very unpleasant.The experience-The initial appointment went well. Returned Saturday to choose frames.Saturday we go back. Note, I am a female. There are glasses designed for the female structure which was kindly pointed to me. I said, thank you" & continues. I prefer larger glasses and had a frame in mind. Been here in 2019 and now again this year. Same exceptional service on both visits with rush delivery and high quality transition lenses. I prefer to just pay and bill my insurance company later, saves time and unnecessary hassle with wait time for approval. Staff on Saturdays very courteous and professional.

I waited over two weeks to get my glasses. When I called in for the second time to ask what's taking so long they told me they already called me but that my line was busy". They were referring to the FIRST time I called asking how much longer ( I had to prove this with my call log as they were still sticking with the lie) When I asked why they didn't try to call again since "my line was busy" the reply I got was "I only call once". Be very careful I would suggest going elsewhere as I will now because if they lie about something this small God knows what else they're dishonest about."

Great glasses bought for my daughter on a good deal. Store staff was helpful and friendly. i will return!

I popped by on my drive home because this store is more convenient than the Hakim where I bought my glasses, among other reasons. I needed new nose pads, in part because of the other store (they put 2 of different sizes on!!). Pleasant guy with an awesome beard working here. Friendly. Welcomed me after I walked in. I showed him my glasses and told him what I needed. We agreed on a price and he went to work while I browsed. A few minutes later, he returned with better nose pads than I had. I also noticed my glasses looked cleaner - he hadn't just wiped the lenses (which the Whitby store didn't do) but buffed the scratches that I had. Unexpected and appreciated. I was quite happy due to this experience.

The screws holding one of my lens in place popped out on the weekend. I took the glasses and the screw into the Hakim where I purchased the glasses 13 months ago. The manager said We can't fix it; warrantee is for one year!" End of conversation; no discussion of what they could do to make it a happy ending. No offer of putting my lenses into another frame
