Somehow the only mirrors in this store are directly behind the cash or in the dressing rooms which you have to wait in line to use. This seems like such a huge and embarrassing oversight that it makes me suspicious--are they intentionally leaving out the mirrors so that tired, worn-down plus size women will just buy stuff without seeing what it looks like? If it's not that, then it's just incompetence.Selection is awful, prices are extortionate and offensive considering they offer alot of the the same items at Hot Topic in lower sizes for half the price, and the clothing quality gets worse by the day.

Staff are extremely unprofessional, very disappointed at the level of service I received. Was excited to see a Torrid store at the mall, but the rude condescending staff makes me reconsider shopping there again. If I could give the staff zero staff would do.

I went in with one of my wives, and she was body shamed for not fitting in with today’s beauty standards. She was then told to shop at Zara. However, I find that extremely unethical. She identifies as a plus size woman. How dare you

So cool there's one in Ottawa now! Good variety, great deals, good staff. My only picky thing is that when you have an issue they are slow to resolve it.

Great service! They were very helpful with suggestions and finding what I needed. Also very helpful in the fitting rooms with exchanging sizes. Contrary to a previous comment, we had very rapid service at the cash.Very happy to have you in Ottawa! :)

Ridiculously helpful staff, with the perfect mix of support for me as a person and an honest critique of how that item I'm trying works on MY body (with all its quirks). They're really good about not pressuring you, too, which makes it worth listening when they say something looks great! Thanks, everyone.Oh, and don't miss taking a look at the clearance section in the back corner -- there's sometimes some real gems lurking there...

The store staff were amazing, they were very helpful and supportive of my wife while shopping. They provided great advice on style options and clothes.The store is clean and well put together. You can move around well and items are easy to find

Torrid never disappoints. The young lady that assisted me was amazing. She helped me pick out pieces that would look good on me. I went in to the store in a panic as Air Canads had lost my luggage. I just arrived in Ottawa for a week long conference with no clothes. Should this post make it back to the manager of the torrid store in Ottawa at the Bayshore, please pass along my sincere thanks! Funny end to my story, when I got back to my hotel my darn suitcase had been recovered and was in my hotel room. Win win for me.

Staff at this location aren't very helpful. I would've brought more had I felt comfortable but I didn't. I would rather shop at Walmart then here.
