No complaints! Clean, spacious living area, and new appliances. Considering the amenities, services, and location (close to shops and bus stop), this is a very good option for students.

The place is amazing and the amenities are pretty decent. The wifi can be slow at times and the landlord is concerned greatly about his business and doesn't care at all about tenants.

Landlord kept my security deposit for knife scratch marks on the island… in a 5 person apartment, he claimed since they were on the part of the island that was closest to my room that I was the cause for them.Most of the 5 star reviews are either from staff, RA’s or bribed tenants.

A really nice option for living off-campus - it's clean, affordable, close to the university. Plus you don't have to worry about finding roommates to share the apartment with. Depending on the time of the year, they also provide incentives for moving in, which is a big plus.
