Great Lakes Hearing
I had a wax buildup in one ear. Went to the doctor and they managed to push it in farther, so I couldn't even hear out of that ear. Went to Great Lakes Hearing, and Jill had it out of there within 5 minutes. Both ears are now clear, thank-you Jill!!

Great Lakes Hearing
After changing the dome on one of my hearing aids, it did not seem to be working. My phone app indicated that it was working. Within 10 minutes of walking into the store, I left with a working hearing aid and an appointment for a hearing test. I had the hearing test today. A great experience and I felt that my satisfaction was a great importance to them. So happy to have a hearing clinic like this in Wiarton.

Great Lakes Hearing
Worth the drive to Wiarton from Port Elgin. Jill Curtis was a pleasant surprise. She has a cheerful personality, was professional and thorough. She spent 45 minutes with me at no charge. WOW...Her advice was at this time she does not recommend a hearing aid and l have no wax build up. She even forwarded my results to my family doctor. I will be recommending Great Lakes Hearing to everyone needing hearing needs.

Great Lakes Hearing
We are from Victoria, BC. My husband left his batteries at home and Great Lakes replaced them immediately. It was a delight to find Great Lakes as it is a very welcoming business with friendly, helpful and informed staff. We have since returned to have tubing replaced and ears checked for wax. We are so glad they have moved in at Wiarton!
