Food is always consistent. Hot & fresh. One time they made a mistake and gave us 4 piece chicken instead of 6. Called to tell them as I paid for 6 pieces. They had a credit for a whole 6 piece basket waiting for me on my next visit! Good customer service. Restaurant is clean with decent washrooms available. Tasty treats and friendly accommodating staff. Good job!

The students there seem like they hate their jobs? They aren't rude but not overly happy. Dine in isn't to bad of a wait but the drive-thru is not an option I go for.....

Overall is was a good experience. They messed up my order a bit. However, they got so busy I just eat the Burger they sent. I am certain they would have corrected the issue had I brought it to their attention. So, I don't hold it against them. I like the the face that they bring your meal right to your table.

Probably the worst cheeseburger i've ever had at a dairy queen. I have to assume that the 15 year olds behind the counter making the food care as much as the regulars who are all 90 years olds with dementia

I understand that it was a busier night , however this place is gross. The staff is working in conditions that from what I've seen from the customer side of the counter is highly unsanitary. This is what happens when you let children staff the night time hours. Obviously no one has taught them how to clean as the work. I stood there and watched the girl who made ice cream through refuse on the counter and the floor , no washcloth or even any attempt to clean her counter. There were black banana peels laying there syrup and melted ice cream everywhere. The kid flipping burgers did seem to care about cleanliness at all .
