I have tried the Ronbus EV Paddle, The first time I had to revert back to my carbon fiber, paddle, To get used to the control and power of this Paddle. Once I got used to the Paddle is great to use on indoor and outdoor courts. My big issue is this that every time I use it on the outdoor courts use of the Franklin balls scuff marks the face of the paddle , deep enough that you can run your fingernails across it. So if you use this Paddle on outdoor courts, the face of the Paddle will deteriorate. I will continue to use this Paddle and return it to Racquet-science dealer, and will probably lose money because I can determine that is not a defect of the Paddle. It’s just the way the Paddle is with a painted face.I sent a picture off to Lisa at Ronbus no reply. I chalk this up to a costly mistake in buying this Paddle. Only two stars, it’s not sanctioned for tournament play plus poor quality. I called Larry at Racquet Science with my concerns and after a discussion, he exchanged paddles. Larry went out of his why to make right and keep me as a happy customer. ‘mike.

The online transaction and the price for the item I purchased was received and processed quickly. In addition, Larry (owner) was very attentive to the additional notes I left in my purchase and got to me quickly to clarify my needs. There was an error in the product description for my purchase, while this was not great but it worked out for my situation for the Gravity duffle bag (6 racquet version). Larry was also very responsive when I brought this to his attention and he quickly addressed the issue by updating the product description. Furthermore, he offered to refund and process a return right away without any fuss. It was a first rate experience. I had a great experience conducting my online purchase with them!
