I rented a one person post hole auger here and the brake wouldn't stay off, so it impossible with hand on throttle and also releasing the brake at same time. Didn't end up using it at all. Rented at 3pm and had back by noon next day and was accused of being over rental terms even though this was not communicated to me on pickup. The equipment was poorly functioning and even after cleaning spark plug still didn't work to start. Would not recommend this shop as they didn't express any sympathy to my concerns. I didn't even end up using the poorly maintained equipment and got charged anyways. Will not be back.

I highly recommend this location for all your repairs and rental needs. Even if the other place" can get to your lawnmower sooner

Got the snowblower all prepped up for winter, had an incident the first storm and the crew fixed me right up asap! Great service

This used to be the best chainsaw shop in the area but the original owner sold the business this spring and it has gone downhill fast!Ordered a part for my chainsaw on Monday. Girl said the part was in stock in Moncton and would be here Tuesday. Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday. I called on Thursday to see if the part had arrived. The girl says I'm not sure

Went in today to get a part for my Toro mower. The guy on the counter was very helpful and friendly.

I usually don’t write poor reviews as I’d rather say nothing than say something negative. However, I didn’t have a great customer service experience the one and only time I’ve ever dealt with them. I reserved a towable wood splitter for the weekend and when arriving to pick it up was notified it had already been taken. The gentleman insisted I told him that I wanted a loadable splitter, which I didn’t. Not only did I not reserve a loadable, but I also called back hours before pick up to confirm the 2” ball I had on my hitch would fit the towable. I’m not sure what happened to the customer “always being right” or when it became acceptable customer service standard to insist the customer is in the wrong. I’ve been in the business of customer service for a long time and even in the moments where I knew in my heart of hearts that I was right, I still apologized for the “communication problem” and did my best to provide a pleasant customer experience. I received no apology for my wasted time, wasted gas, the inconvenience or the argument. Not even a discount on a future rental. Maybe it was more to do with the fact that I’m a young woman and the employee was a 60 something, white, man. Surely that had nothing to do with it and it was purely a case of poor customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Very Great Staff to deal with. Always helpful and Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any sort of small power equipment.I would recommend them to any one I know. the small shop environment makes you feel like you are a person and an individual with specific needs are requirements more so than just a customer. These guys are always willing to go above and beyond.
