The Brow Studio

This is the only place I will go to get my brows done! If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere, professionalism and a perfect set of brows I would highly recommend The Brow Studio (anyone and any location, quality is always perfect.) I see Kristin and it's an appointment I genuinely look forward too! <3

We had an Eye brow shaping appointment with Madison at the Auburn bay location booked for 4:40pm. My daughter walked in to the salon at 4:42. I parked my car and went inside and she tells my daughter that she will only wax as she doesn’t have time for threading and shaping the brows since we are 5 mins late ( which we were not, my dtr literally was there at 4:42) and she has to go an pick up her kids from daycare and she is running late. I was like wait, you are telling me that you are only going to wax and no thread and how the heck will you shape the brows. She said you can get that done on your next appointment but she wont be able to thread at all as she is running late. No way I was going to pay $$$ for eyebrow shaping if she was only going to remove excess hair by waxing without any shaping of the brows. Waste of our time as were traveling next day and didn’t get any other appointments else where. We are never coming back to this poor, unprofessional service. If she is running late and cannot provide full service, she should not be booking a customer then. Period!

The absolute worst experience ever. I let my eyebrows grow for over 2 months to let someone from this team completely screw it. It’s uneven and thin, ruined the shape of my eyebrows as well. To top it off, $40 just for brow maintenance.. terrible experience. Better spend your money spending $15 bucks at curves brow bar where they actually are qualified.

I went to Kristen and she was absolutely amazing!! I had never gotten my brows done before and trusted her to do them for me and I swear my brows have never looked this good before! Her work is incredible and overall an amazing person! Would highly recommend booking in with her!!

I had a terrific experience with Kristen. As a brow virgin I love that she walked me through every step. She had a very calm and kind presence that made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back to her again for sure!

This is my go-to place for brows! Kristen is the bomb. She gets how I like my brows - big, bold and fluffy! Kristen also does a lot of little extra things that make me feel super taken care of. I’ve been to both the Mission and Downtown locations - both are great! Highly recommend.

Nisha is the best! I really trust her with my brows and they always look phenomenal after threading!

I went to the brow studio and got my brows done by a professional" named Nisha. The first time I went she did a decent job waxing but she put black pen around my eyebrows... I never asked her to do that and she never asked me if it was okay. I got her to wipe it off... such a weird thing to do.2nd time I went to this person Nisha she did my eyebrows at the downtown location... I thought it was alright and left a 15% tip. To my dismay I got home and noticed she covered up her error of cutting a CHUNK out of my eyebrow making my eyebrow crooked and wavy... she didn't own up to her mistake and took the tip and let me leave. I suggest not using her as she clearly isn't an honest person. I won't be coming back to any of the locations. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere where they are trained

I decided to get my eyebrows done for a wedding and Nisha did an amazing job. The shape and tone looked really natural, it was my first time and I will definitely be coming back!
