I highly recommend Built Fitness! Jacob provided me with a meal plan with tasty foods that also suited my preferences and allergies. My workout plan was perfect as we worked around my school and work schedule. Together, we found the time for my workouts and set realistic goals so that I could not only look good but genuinely feel better in my body.
