Not a happy days anymore. They've managed to violate Ontario Reopening Act, Ontario Disability Act and a Human Rights Section of The Charter of Rights and Freedoms in one shot (there's more but I'll leave it to my lawyer to deal with it as we're preparing to take legal action). U-Haul Headquarters has also been notified. U-Haul policies are in compliance with all above regulations so no complains there, just the store. If you like to be treated as a human being, avoid this store.

Came by today with my husband for a utility trailer booking through U-Haul and the lady that helped us was very friendly and professional. We have already booked to be back in 2 weeks for a cargo trailer and will be happy to return to such lovely customer service. NOTE: Our little dog also enjoyed the great service of pets and smiles! Uhaul needs to clean their ears out. I gave them my email address 4 times. Still got it wrong even after spelling it out.At least they reserved the proper trailer and I had no problems with it.I would use their services again.
