Staff have good knowledge and very helpful. I got what I wanted fast and am happy with the large selection.

Went it for a new bong, came out with a new bong...I told them exactly what I like, and what I'm after. The 2 staff that were in tonight know their stuff and they helped me with everything I wanted from them. Only thing they didn't have was the brand of Sativa I was after...but it wasn't exactly what I went there to buy anyways so I left happier then when I first entered. I'll definitely be back again!

Very reasonable. People actually know what they are talking about when speaking about Cannabis.

These guys are super helpful and super chill. They spent time and listened attentively to my b.s ( lol ). They had excellent recommendations and some of the best deals I have ever experienced. I been to other places that try to rush you through ( working on straight commission?) , Not here, it was a great shopping experience!!

I really liked the way you are greeted at the door. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was surprised you sold candles. Brendon F showed me and I loved it so I bought one. The staff were very kind and funny. Shop was very clean and organized nicely. Great place to shop.

Walked in as usual as this is my usual place to shop and was told by the lady helping me that I reeked like weed. There was about 4 other customers in the shop at this time. She Said it was not right of me to come in smelling that that. Then she continued to lecture me on rules and regulations and guilt me throughout the whole transaction. I found this absolutely hilarious but very degrading. I couldn’t take her seriously as I haven’t had any weed for 2 days hence why I was purchasing some. Fun fact was I actually showered and threw in fresh clothes before coming in as I just got off work. So thank you for saying I stink. Definitely what I wanted to hear coming from a staff member at the end of my day.Im not gonna name names but I hope management reads this and takes actions such as proper customer service training.I will never shop at your store again.

I went in for the first time a few days ago. The place keeps everything in plastic boxes and the store looks unappealing visually.The staff I interacted with acted like they did not know anything about extracts and also the one guy was new and rude. He acted like I had to make my decision in 2 minutes or less etc and just very pushy The parking lot is also a mess with barely any spots or ways to back out. much better cannabis stores in the city to check out than this one.
