Ordered our blinds and received them quicker than expected. Ordering was a breeze and the blinds fit perfectly. The service we received went above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely purchase from them again.I see a few negative comments about this company but I've noticed the individuals aren't from Ontario. One should take the time and post on the correct site if this is the situation. I have nothing but great praises for the individuals who helped us here in Brampton.

Had our blinds installed on August 28th and the entire experience has been nothing short of amazing, truly convenient, and very professional. The shipment arrived sooner than anticipated and the installation services provided by Trademark Interiors went extremely smoothly. The installation team were meticulous, ensured we were comfortable with all window treatments, and worked very efficiently! Our blinds look stunning and they have completely transformed the look of our home! We're very satisfied with our experience and wouldn't hesitate buying a Shade-O-Matic product again!

Shadeomatic makes amazing products! I love the honeycomb blinds as well as the eclipse shutters ! They are one of my manufactures for my blinds business and I couldn’t be happier with their products and customer service! They offer parts and replacements when necessary and truly care about the satisfaction of every client. I have seen them go above and beyond to make people happy.

We purchased 20k worth of blinds on this brand for just one house, and now the blinds are starting to fail after 3 years, their plastic parts do not last, watch out when you pulling the blinds up/down, it might just fall onto you one day.Customer service is useless as usual, whoever is in charge of this company needs to up their quality or there will be a lot of lawsuits coming up once their parts start to break.I'm not going to buy from this brand again for the next house.

We are so happy with our blinds. They were needed in our sunroom so we could sit in it comfortably without melting. The sales rep. was so helpful and informative with helping us choose the perfect solution. They arrived quickly and were installed with ease and they look great. I would recommend Shade-o-Matic to our friends and family without hesitation!

There's a saying about judging a situation not by the mistake made but how the situation was handled to rectify the mistake. So, I wrote earlier about not getting any after sales service re: parts for some shutters. Their default is to have customers call up dealers and ask for help. Well, the response I received from dealers was terrible or non-existent. But, Nadeen Smith, Customer Service person for Shade-O-Matic stepped up and helped me out and sent me the stuff I needed. My suggestion to any company is: your previous customers, if you keep them happy, will be your next customers and you won't have to spend one cent on marketing to keep them.

A few years ago we replaced all the windows in our home. Upon shopping around we settled on this company due to their quality and reasonable price. We choose shutters as our window treatment and have been so pleased with our choice. The product has stood the test of time, with no maintenance required. The shutters on our south facing windows do a great job of blocking the strong sun and still look like new today. The shipment arrived on time, the installation team were meticulous, ensuring all window treatments worked very efficiently. We are extremely satisfied with our experience, continue to recommend this product to our friends and wouldn't hesitate to purchase a Shade-O-Matic product again.

I am disappointed in their warranty. We purchased their Tuscany wood shutters 16 years ago and it came with Lifetime warranty. A few of the connectors linking the louver to the wand broke and they told me it can’t be repaired because the product is discontinued. So now I am stuck with the louvers dangling because they don’t have the parts. They should at least provide alternate parts (or a solution ) and not leave the customer with no option!

Sorry a three month wait for your blinds is unacceptable. They also undercut by 1/2 and inch, don't provide instructions an the quality particularly of the hold downs is poor and cheap looking. Absolutely not worth the money. I regret not just going to Ikea and cutting them to fit my windows myself. I purchased over 3000 worth of blinds from this company and regret it and will never buy anything from them again.

We bought expensive Shade-O-Matic California shutters through Home Depot. Within a year the small connectors attaching the shutter to the spine started to break. Shadomatic will supply replacements, however, they are extremely difficult to install and they continue to break. We are told that the Shadomatic product produced for sale by Home Depot is of inferior quality. Incredible statement. Neither Home Depot nor Shadomatic are willing to stand behind this product. The cost to replace the shutters with keeping the original framing in place exceeds our original total cost. We are resigned to the fact that we are stuck with our “inferior” product. However, we have written this review as a “ heads up” for those of you considering Shadomatic. There is zero customer support. Jim and CarolNadeen from Shad-o-Matic contacted us within 24 hours of leaving a message on the phone number she had provided in her initial response (below). After I explained our dilemma she arranged for a local Shade-O-Matic installer to come to our house and fix the problem at no cost to us. William, the installer, was excellent. He determined why we were having issues and took the time to show us. The issue was not our fault and thus we changed the rating to 4 and not 5. However, based on Nadeen’s quick response and our full confidence in William, our local installer, we can comfortably recommend Shade-o-Matic. Jim and Carol
