Downtown Milton BIA - Business Improvement Area

So cute and quaint. Stores and owners are really nice!

A quaint little town that is unfortunately getting bigger but still lots of hidden gems

Paking was an issue otherwise it was very good

Love driving around in this area. There is a beautiful vibe to Milton downtown.

Small businesses beware: their “events” are just a money grab. They ignore contracts and do not have the proper planning or contingency plan in place. If an event is cancelled because of dangerous winds - they cancel 2 hours before the event starts, through a volunteer, and with no other communication to vendors. 3 weeks later they will then offer a CREDIT that expires in a year. Going against their own contract, they won’t offer refunds to small businesses who have much more to lose than they do.Good to know that these are the people who are “committed to helping small businesses”As long as they get their pay check they don’t care!
