Al and his team did a fantastic job. The work was an exposed aggregate driveway with stamped borders, exposed aggregate front porch with stairs and a landing, backyard patio with stairs and a shed pad. The work took a week to complete and the team was very professional and efficient. Al himself, was there most days working with the crew and ensuring top quality work. The team kept the place neat and safe every single day before they left. The final result exceeded my expectations. Al was also able to accommodate reasonable scope changes with fair pricing and maintaining schedule. Al's team treated my property like their own. We recently had Advantage Concrete do exposed aggregate around our pool. I cannot express how grateful we are to have had these guys come into our lives. We were in a not so great situation with another contractor" and from the first conversation I had with Peter (Estimator) I really hoped we would be able to get them to do this job. Their team did our neighbors driveway recently and left wet concrete all over our lawn + garden. I have security cam footage of their team stepping on our garden throughout the job and leaving their tools/equipment on our property. We called and left a complaint and also talked to our neighbor, no one ever bothered to call us back or clean up the mess. They also removed half of a bush that was on our side of the property line without permission and left a mangled stump for us to deal with.Absolutely no effort given for protecting adjacent property. They completely totaled the lawn of another house three doors down from us a couple months ago and told them to go after their neighbor for damages. We had a quote out with Advantage for the same job but will be going with another business now.

Rather than write positive or derogatory comments, photos of the work that is just into its 3rd season speak for themselves. Have reached out to Al for resolving my punch list to no avail, now texts arnt even replied to. Never tried to grind down the quoted price, just wanted good customer service. Maybe i didnt supply the crew with enough coffee/ donuts and pizza.2. Nov 19-19, to update.... owner reached out to insure he could send a crew to work and repair all deficiencies. This was set up over the phone, and the crew arrived on time the following week. Repairs where fully fixed, and with out attitudes. I now move my stars to 5. Nice work, and thank you for honoring your word and warranty Al.
