Here’s the deal. No one in provost will publicly say anything negative about this business because if who they are in town.Getting our roof done was a nightmare. We were told different things as to the timeline whenever we asked. We essentially had to threaten to find a different builder for them to do it. But they did it. We were happy with it. A year later, we’re having our roof leak. Had to call a plumber to rule out the pipes. Turns out it’s the roof. We complain- they fix it at no charge.They added a shower to our upstairs bathroom and fixed our leaky master shower. They used two different Color’s of calking (clear and white) to seal the shower. It was my first experience hiring someone to do work and I feel that that inexperience was taken advantage of. That the calking around the tub and edging are cracked/ peeling off.The shower that they ‘fixed’ still leaks. The dry way they ‘fixed’ looks terrible. They didn’t calk all the edges of the shower they ‘fixed’ so we had to go back and do a lot of it on our own.Just over a year since they finished their work on our house and the work isn’t holding up.During the window in the contract that we as customers could request changes/ bring up issues, we didn’t know what to look for. Now, a year post Reno’s it doesn’t look great and after spending close to 20,000, I see us having to get everything redone in the next 5 years.If you want work that looks great, but will last they might not be the best choice. They’re great people, but the work quality isn’t there right now. Choose a different company that doesn’t rely on its name to protect itself from public criticism.
