Winners

It's really a hit or miss every time I go here. Sometimes the selection of clothes is great, they have plenty new clothes in my size and I seem to look good in everything. Other times all the clothes are dirty, look terrible, and are way too overpriced. It really depends on when you go there, and if you get lucky you might find something you like.

This review is based on customer service from the manager nadege and not the products in the actual store. A complaint has also been made to the tjx head office.I would like to raise an issue I had at the Oakville North service road winners Sunday sept 12th.After wasting my time, the manager at this location nadege I believe, refused to do a return for a product, prada pants, I bought at the winnners sherway gardens location, even with all tags on and my receipt and I bought the item 4 days prior.Both stores carry runway items and should be accepting runway item returns.I was told I had to return it at the original location where I purchased it!Never have I had to drive out of my way in traffic, 32 minutes each way, to return an item at another location which goes against tjx return policy.As a long standing loyal tjx customer, I want to file a complaint against this location and ask that she be retrained on tjx policies. It is unacceptable that I had to go to another location and further away from where I live.Please find attached the pictures associated with the item, my original receipt, and the last picture, the return receipt at the winners sherway gardens location who returned my item with no issues whatsoever.

Least favourite location honestly. Staff here are hit or miss, management also not the greatest. For a more enjoyable experience, head over to the Milton location :)

Good selection of products. Spacious and well lit store. Washrooms are clean and ample fitting rooms.

Always great value for money here. Never gone back empty handed.

One of the best winners store in all GTA,- The have run way fashion, many high-end brands available in the store, specially the women’s handbags- The workers very nice and friendly- The store so clean and organized

Always nice things to find in this place. We can find brand name (really good brand name products) at affordable prices!

At checkout I was told that one of the shirts I was buying had the wrong price tag on it. The cashier then told me to wait and disappeared for some time. When she came back she showed me another shirt from the same brand, and told me that I'd have to pay the price on the other shirt's tag. I asked if she could double check for another like the one that I had picked, as the one she brought was a different colour, pattern, fabric and style, but she insisted that any top from that brand would be the same price. A thoroughly odd interaction, and I guess this location is having issues with incorrect tagging, so be aware that the price you see when browsing may not be what you're charged at checkout.
